I ordered Nature Cleanse Pro on July 1, 2014 and it was only a trial, it said 2 weeks. I got charged 89.99 two weeks later.
I tried calling them several times in that 2 week time span with the phone just ringing and ringing and giving up after being on hold for over 45 minutes. I tried everything to calling them several times to emailing them saying I did not want this product, but ending up getting the charge of 89.99!
Finally after two weeks and the 89.99 charge, I finally got ahold of someone ( was on hold over 50 mins ), they told me I am stuck with the charge, and since I had opened it I cannot return it, I get no money back. I tried asking for a supervisor but she refused to let me speak to one. After going back and forth for a long time she finally agreed to refund me only 32 dollars back to my account. The other 57 dollars I get to eat!
Please do not order from this company!!! They are a complete rip-off and are a scam! I have seen other complaints that even if you do get ahold of them before your two week trial is up, they charge you a $50 cancellation fee!!
Take a lesson from me and others do not order, Nature Cleanse Pro, they are a scam and only want to take your hard earned money!!!!!
