I was contacted by phone by this company because I was applying for Obamacare for Health coverage for my family so I thought they were a legit company. I applied for full coverage which included medical, dental , vision and RX. They quickly took my money and sent me my information throught the mail in Feb, which include all the appropriate insurance cards. I mid Febuary, I had a prescription to pick up from a previous MD in Oregon. My insurance cards were no good and denied by the pharmacy listed on their list of accepted pharmacies. Had to pay full price for my prescription because I could not go without. Attempted several times to contact them by phone and email, no response. We had an emergency over the week-end, Hospital denied our insurance and informed me that this comoany has had many complaints and people having the same issues. I contacted them, again, and finally got a representive. I had been charged now for 3 months of insurance payments ,but only got back one month of payments ! These company is a fraud ! Stay away ! DO NOT USE THEM BECAUSE YOU WON'T GET YOUR MONEY BACK !
