I purchased a CD to fix a windows boot manager issue. I was having trouble getting it to work. There is no phone number to speak with someone to help. I followed the steps as directed on their site. Still not working. I emailed tech support as instructed on their site. Didn't get a response until 5 hours later. I tried the other solution but it did not work either. I expressed how frustrating it is to have to wait hours to get a response. They just answered the original question the next day..I asked about a refund or the conditions of their money back guarantee. Heard nothing except to contact Microsoft which I had already done prior to using their service. As of yesterday afternoon when I asked for a refund and expressed my disappointment, still no response either way.

I've made a mistake and purchased the Windows 8 recovery software from this company in Oct 2014. After several attempts to recover my Windows 8 Asus laptop, it still doesn't start. I've exchanged several emails with "Mark" and followed the recommended "solution"(by the way he didn't provide any specific help but just sent me the links to posted "instructions" and "manuals"). For some reason there is a belief from people at Neosmart that I would be indefinitely spending time with them and following the instructions until I quit, I guess and they would be the ones determining when it is enough. My request to refund the money since he package didn't work for my situation was met with statements "you should read our refund policy carefully which assumes that you should provide the unlimited and infinite opportunities for our technicians to resolve the problem".

Well, I got news for the people at Neosmart-in this day and age if the solution doesn't work or the assistance is not provided in the fast and efficient way, the customer moves on to "plan B". So, again-my recommendation would be to be ready to get no value for your money from this company-not to mention that the refund policy interpretation is highly unusual for any company that has the intent to keep a customer and satisfy the customer's expectations. Based on my experience, people at this company are not professional and dishonest, have no clue how to treat a customer and to honor the policy they promise to adhere to.

EasyRE is supposed to repair your windows installation when windows becomes corrupted and won't load. If it doesn't work, they say they will refund the $19.95. But you have to contact customer support frst so they can try to fix the problem.

I contacted support right after it didn't work. I requested the promised refund. They send me a new link to a different program to try. I tried it, didn't work at all. The first program made the computer completely useless, from where I could at least get into the utilities before.

Now I described the behavior and failure of the second program.

No reponse. over the next week I emailed support 2 more times and my emails are being ignored. The classic ignore them until the customer gives up ploy.

NeoSmart Technologies EasyRe is a scam that will take your money, waste lots of time downloading and burning media that won't solve the problem, and then they will ignore your refund requests. Avoid the agrevation. Avoid NeoSmart Technologies.
