I believed that this company was a nice honest company but they are very fraudulent in their practices they drop your data to 2g within two weeks of having to refill the account problem is when they drop the data after using a fifty dollar unlimited card they do this too early I believe it shouldn't be done at all I still had two weeks before I had to put another card on so now I'm paying fifty dollars a month to make and receive calls and texts which is bullshit I'm very angry because this company does not care about their customers satisfaction all they care about is ripping their customers off if something is unlimited then it should be unlimited no matter what because of this fact I plan on leaving net ten to go with the companies advertising no data drop and u pay 40.00 a month which is really unlimited they would not even work with me to find a happy solution they wouldn't turn my data up again as a courtesy really their customer service is horrible and I'm not happy at all I gave them many chances to do the right thing before filing this report and I even told them they will be losing customers I plan to make this more public then it is here because this abuse to customers has got to stop! Plus u can never get anyone that speaks good english cause there's always some kind of language barrier everytime I call even when I ask to speak with a supervisor I dont even think they have one cause I never get anywhere so I also plan on seeking legal representation against them for fraud!
