This company is a joke. I got a call at 8:30pm and I mentioned it was late and I'd prefer a call before 6pm est. When I mentioned the time, this idiot let me know it was also 8:30pm his time. He agreed to call me tomorrow, I got an email shortly after our conversation letting me know that he attempted to call me and he was unsuccessful, and would like me to email him better contact information. This is our following email conversation: Sent: Tuesday, May 19, 2015 8:29 PM To: Albertico Aguayo Subject: RE: Financing Pre-Approvals Unsuccessful? I simply requested that you call me at a more reasonable time. Our business closes at 5pm and the latest I entertain business calls is 6pm EST.
If calling me at another time is what you consider unsuccessful, don't bother calling me back. I'm not desperate for a loan, and I have multiple offers currently. But if you feel that way then we don't need your business either GOODBYE!!! Simply unprofessional, and rude. You are the face of your company and people like me are the reason you're even in business. Not worth handing any of your money to this company. Plenty of other options out there. Doesn't sound like they approve many people anyway. Sounds like a bunch of liars and cheats from the other post about them on here.
This place is a joke. I was first told that I would be approved for a loan based on my companies revenue by Michael, and to expect a phone call back Friday afternoon with a offer. Never heard anything back, I call Monday and speak to Jarred, he said he had my file and he would call me back Tuesday. Tuesday never received a call back so I call Wednesday and Michael is no were to be found, and Jarred said I wasn't approved. Run the other way people.
