The owner/proprietor of NJH Exteriors, Nick Hustoft, is extremely professional and friendly...UNTIL HE HAS YOUR DEPOSIT! He was extremely responsive until he had my money, then he completely disappeared for a month. Before he has your money he answers phone calls, after he has your money, you're lucky to get a text message every couple of weeks.
He used every excuse in the book as to why he was unable to start my project: sick family members (all of them at least once), lost phone, etc.
In the end, 3 months later, he agreed to return the materials he'd purchased, at a ridiculously inflated cost (could not provide receipts), and parts and pieces of several installations he didn't finish.
Please learn from my mistake, always read reviews and do research prior to hiring this contractor or others.
