This company excels at Customer "DIS-service." They never showed up to deliver a bed and when we called their number:
1. We were on hold for 37 minutes (before being told there were 17 callers ahead of us) and then disconnected
2. Called back, waited another 22 minutes and spoke to "Brian" who said he did not know where the truck was, tried to reach the warehouse but got no answer
3. He would look into it on MONDAY (we called on Friday)
4. Said "he didn't care where we slept" when I told him our old mattress had been removed that morning based on their committed delivery time between 1 and 5 PM.
I understand why there were DOZENS of callers ahead of us. I hope this review saves at least one person the aggrevation of dealiong with this dishonest company.
They should be ashamed (and certainly not in business) ;)
