Made promises that they did NOT keep - took TWO weeks to fix ONE window and ONE fence. Left the old rusty hot water heater behind, which they PROMISED to pick up two weeks ago. They also was trying to sell this home with the RUSTY hot water heater in a flip home. They are slow, took over one week to put appliances in, promised a dishwasher and then claimed they ran out of money. ONLY put ONE coat of paint on the walls. Did NOT fix the air conditioner, blows hot air. Slow leak in the freon line, who ever 'fixed' it did NOT pay attention. Left 2 plug outlets, painted over wasps nests, left rusty sliding door, did not care for lawns, left exposed wires which they painted over.
other people that i know also bought from these people and they failed to follow thru with fixing things also - but we did not know this until after bid accepted..
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE
they are slow to complete, but really friggen quick to get there money..
I hope this review reaches other buyers that are considering purchasing a home from this company, do NOT do it..
