This company doesn't have any insurance, no workers comp or liability. There sales rep said it would be another claim on my homeowners insurance is someone got hurt. This is pretty upsetting especially is you check their Facebook and see they do over 30 roofs a week.
This company gave me a contract with no estimate and negotiated with my insurance company. I believe this is illegal and called acting as a public adjuster ( I was told this by my agent and that this company is being investigated) This is first off. They installed my roof with a bunch of illegal workers and one of them had a tear drop tattoo on his eye and I have kids and know this is a very shady character.
My roof actually looked better when it was old. I am just very upset as I am a single mother and feel I was taken for a ride and now have had illegal immigrants with murder tattoos on my property. I have called the company numerous times to ask for documentation and see if background checks were run and was told my roof was free so why do I care? I wish I would have saved my money and found a reputable contractor.
