I took my car (2006 DODGE STRATUS) to get the computer reprogrammed to accept my key. the car was running at the time the vehicle was delivered to the service department. Paul is the service adviser that took the car in. after a couple of days my wife tried to pick up the car, the car was running but now the car is running poorly. i talked to them and asked them to do a diagnosis to see why was the car running poorly.
after 3 days finally i got with Paul, now he tells me that the car will not start. he told me that the car had hydrolocked and that the car needs a new engine.
Since the car was in their custody. their explanation about the car hydrolocking because of fuel does not makes any sense. they will not take resposability for damaging the engine.
