So Nicolas is the so called "owner" of this "business" You can read the 1000000 reports of how terrible this "company" is. (by the way I am using " " because its ran from this kids garage) He has been doing this out of highschool for a few years not 50 years yet alone 5 years. His work is exactly as described however I ALWAYS did my best work along with my partner I worked with. We never had complaints on our end for work, other than colors being wrong or bad quality. Why is this? Because no products are being used from what is on his websites and he claims to use. Its all HomeDepot paint and epoxy anybody can but, NOT commercial grade paints. Second off he uses colors and shows customers they pick it out, then in his van that is at his house he has OLD paint that he has us just mix all these colors up some solid some transparent and try to "match" it. It never works, and the quality is 10 times worse. He is only in his 20s he rips people off, trys to force them to pay with cash so he doesnt have to claim his money for taxes. He changes his name once people catch on and somehow he thinks he can keep going??! I wasnt paid what I should have been working for him, I worked 6am till 10pm every day and got paid almost nothing for it. I went to a lawyer I went to the BBB I am STILL FIGHTING to try to get my money and lock him up. He threatned me and my fiancee that if I kept it going he was going to "make sure we didnt bother him again" I had to report him to the police multiple times. He is a PUNK kid, and by the way its his on and off girlfriend that works in his basement as the receptionist from his house phone. Thats why you'll never get a hold of him. Highly recommend nobody goes here or even tries. I feel terrible for these people that have any work done by him, or work for him. I was a terrible choice to do side work with him and it really screwed me over. I lost a lot of money in the end and I will never get it back. He steals, he lies, hes a fake to his customers and his "empolyees". THIS KID IS A JOKE.
I used Northcraft Painting Contractors to stain my deck. The estimate was reasonable...but still high. We set that day and time, they were about 20 minutes late after the window 8-10am. They power washed. Then I tried to figure when they were coming it took over 2 weeks for them to come back. My appointment was on a Saturday for approx noon, they showed up at 4:20. I was told there would be communication on time-no one called from the office. They finished about 7pm. I stayed off the deck for 48 hours I noticed stain on a door, a window and on my siding...plus on my rock path. I have been calling and emailing to get them to come back and fix. No responses..office phone mail box full. This is the fourth time I have stained my deck but this is the first time company that got stain on my siding, windows and door.
