We closed our company in 2004. We returned their equipment and paid the final months lease. No other monies were due. Now 10 years later we receive a bill for delinquent payment of $4356.33, for something we do not owe.
This company is obviously trying to shake us down after ten years of no contact or letters showing a balance still owed. As I read through other complaints on this business it would seem they wait many years, send a threatening letter demanding payment or they will ruin your credit. Sounds like they are hoping a few will send payment out of fear.
I am going to report them to the California State Department of Corporations for racketeering and extortion. This abuse needs to stop. This is just like the people suing small retail businesses for being out of compliance with ADA. They better hope thay don't cause someone a heart attack or they will be subject to more then just a cease and desist action.
I was reffered to Northren Leasing Company by Chase Bank within one week they removed 3600.00 From my buisness Account I never recieved my money back and closed my account being a new company this almosrt bankrupted me from the very beginning
They did not give me my money back I choose to go to another bank and went on with my daily life I never heard from them again
Fast forward 6 years I wake up and my bank accounts are all frozen 8000.00
I went into my bank and actually got them to unlock my joint accounts and 2 of my buisness account I still to this moment have almost 4000.00 tied up on some judgement at Bank of America the odd thing is the bank does not have a judgement signed by a judge so something really stinks here
I may have to go out of buisness because I cannot be able to even deliver my customers goods even thing wwe do is custom made I have to buy materials to make the customers orders
I am going to have to sell my personal belongings to refund everybody
How can this company go on like this there are thousands of complaints againest them from the start in 2207 there were pages and pages on Google

In February 2014 I received a phone call regarding my charge card service company. The woman calling made it sound like she was a consumer watchdog organization that helped small companies like mine save money on precessing fees and finding companies that were overcharging.
In fact, she told me that because her parents had a business, I think a restaurant, she was faniliar with high fees that go along with the service.
After looking over the service I currently had,she said yes, I was being overcharged and was due a slightly less that $300 refund for these overages. Her company could help me save money.
I never received an sort of refund.
Several weeks later I tried to contact her with questions I had. I called several times but she never returned my call.
Eventually, in a need to contact someone, I called my bank to see where my money was going. I was given a number. When I called I was given a sales pitch. No, I wanted to talk to someone about my existing machine.

Then I went hunting on line and tracked down Northern Leasing. I tried several times to email them to get a hold of someone.
No response.
In December I closed the account that they were withdrawing money from after the December payment was made. In January I received a call and paid the January fee with a money order. I also returned the machine.
On February 4, 2015, I got a call stating they had the machine but I still needed to pay the lease amount.
I would like to someohow clear this up but I am having no luck with them. They have lied to me from the start and totally misrepresented themselves.
I didn't know any better back then as a new business owner which people like me are their victims. Went out of business after the 2nd year in 2009 when the economy crisis hit. Left to start over, I tried to cancel contract and pay penalty and they did not let me. I told them I'd return the machine, they said it didn't matter. I returned it anyways because I didn't want it, and felt like I was trying to do the right thing. Almost 6 years later, they tried to take out $1476 out of my elderly mom's savings! (she was my co-signer) I had my poor mom contact bank and found out they can't because her accout is so low, but we are going to have to close down her saving account. I tried calling Northern Leasing company and their brainwashed miserable sells people are trained to scare you. I'm in process to contact an attorney, might cost me more that the $1476 they want, but its just the principle! I will keep you informed and try to update to what I did. Thank you for the previous information too I'm going to contact Nevada Attorney General to make a complaint. The more complains the better. AS far as new business owners, Thank GOD for xxxxxxCOM! Don't ever lease a machine!
This girl Deepika Shahani worked for me part time while working for Northern Leasing Systems in New York. After keeping a close eye on this girl I realized how much of a crooked thief she really is. Deepika Shahani stole thousands of dollars from my company over about a year in time. When I confronted her she tried to cover up all the evidence by saying she couild not get into the computer, she forgot her password. We filed a report against her and get this it get better, Deepika Shahani offered sexual meetings to work off the money in exchange for all the money she took. We have now found out she is doing this to other companys as well. Do not trust this girl, do not hire her if she applies. You will be one sorry company.
Deepika Shahani will rip you off blind, crook, low life, No class, lier. Stop this crook.
