I placed 2 orders with NTM. Order 22248 for $5160.00 on 2/17/15 and order 22388 on 2/24/15 for $3388.00. The payment for the first order was received on 2/23/15 and it was cashed immediately with an estimated ship window of 4/27-5/1. Payment for the 2nd order as also confirmed by NTM as received on 3/2/15 also cashed immediately with an estimated ship date of 5/18 - 5/22.

On 5/1, I received a notification that the 1st order was delayed and scheduled to ship no later than 6/1. On 5/22, I received a notification for the 2nd order that was also delayed and now scheduled to ship no later than 6/22.

I called several times and was placed on hold for over 25 mins each call. When my frustration was expressed, they transferred me to the "manager" Erin, who has the charisma of a 1985 dodge dart. She is very rude, and blames the customer. She argues that they have been in biz for 30 years and that they will be in biz for 30more.

She says that she won't argue, and places you on hold indefinitely. They also say that the buyer agrees to the dates of delivery but they don't give you the delivery dates until they've received payment

Analyzing their business practice by reading other complaints, NTM works similar to a ponze scheme where they use the new money coming in to pay old debts.

I didn't get any more notifications about delays until I called on 6/9 to cancel my 1st order and on 6/23 to cancel 2nd order. Both times placed on hold for over 25 mins. No confirmation on the cancellation, only a verbal agreement of 3-4 weeks. 1 month after, on 7/9/15, I called to get an update on my 1st check, I was asked for my number and that someone would call me... no-one did. On Friday 7/10/15 I called again.. was left on hold for over 25 minutes before the call was picked up by Samantha Brubaker who told me she just sent me an email 2 minutes ago that there is a delay to send me my check of another 2 weeks until 7/24... I was transferred to mgr Erin, who place me on hold until I hung up

Someone needs to URGENTLY look into this business practices and shot them down. This is business behavior for the 3rd world, they should not be allowed to do what they do to customers here in the USA.

My desired resolution:

Full Refund for my 2 undelivered orders for the amount of $8548 due immediately. Although, I've liquidated my position, their estimated time to deliver the check is 3-4 weeks. This time has already passed and there should be no more excuses. I'm not even asking for the reimbursement (yet) for the time and money I have lost in the past 5 months.

I orderd 200 oz of Silver on 4/1-/2015 I get a email on 4/1/2015 that says it will be 75 days before they ship, "but they chraged my CC the same 4/1/2015" I called them and they said they would give me a refund of much less than they chrged me

They where rudd and I do not even know if I will get anything this is a scam and use of my funds for 75 days if i even get anything then RIPP OFF do not do business with these people THERE ARE GOOD ONES OUT THERE

I've placed an order with them in February for $891.50 and ever since they been giving the run around as to why they could not deliver. When I asked for a refund I've been told that would take 3 to 4 weeks to re-credit my credit card. This is obviously a way to get interest free money, the classic ripoff.

I orderd 200 oz of Silver on 4/1-/2015 I get a email on 4/1/2015 that says it will be 75 days before they ship, "but they chraged my CC the same 4/1/2015" I called them and they said they would give me a refund of much less than they chrged me

They where rudd and I do not even know if I will get anything this is a scam and use of my funds for 75 days if i even get anything then RIPP OFF do not do business with these people THERE ARE GOOD ONES OUT THERE

I have done my best to be patient. I placed a small order for silver in the beginning of October of 2014 with an expected delivery in the middle of December. Had I known I would have gone somewhere else. Then in the first part of December I got An email delaying it to no later than january 19. So I called only to be talked down to by some very rude women in customer service who told me they will get my order to me when they get to it! Otherwise I could sell it back to them at a loss!!!! Unbelievable!

I certainly will never return and direct everyone I know to go elsewhere.

They are crooks trying to get you to sell to them at a loss! Don't use NWT!!

I placed an order for 50 ounces of silver on 11-03-14. i received an update on my account on 10-15-14 with a shipping date 0f 01-09-15.

I had sent a check for the total amount of the purchase and knew it had a 10 day hold of it. i waited untill 11-04-14 and sent an e-mail for proof of payment and an update on the shipping date. I was told that 01-09-15 was the shipping date and there was nothing to be done about it. I was told that i had been advised of the shipping when I placed the order.

I spoke to a manager named Diane and again was told that there was nothing that could be done unless I wanted to pay more for the silver and pay the shipping on it. I asked and was told by the manager that it was not a question of the mint not having the silver but of how much Ii would pay for it. Paying more would get it to me quicker.

I advised the manager that there was no time or ship date furnished when Ii ordered the silver, but by their own paper work advised they would fill the order in a timely manner. Shipping this on 01-09-15 would amount to 107 days total, or 66 business days.

The manager advised she would get back to be before 11-07-14 and let me know how mush extra it would cost to get me order filled earlier, but she has never called me back.

I believe the Mint is just using my money and dont care how long if ever when they will fill my order.

Hindsight is great and after looking on the internet at the number of compaints that are the same as mine I can say that I am not alone in this ripoff.

Northwest territorial mint charged my AMEX card $1,073.50 on 08/20/14 and has not shipped the product as of 10/24/14.

I contacted them on 10/24/14... the person I spoke to said she really has no idea when the silver will ship.

It could be another (30) day or more. This is totally unacceptable.

Northwest Territorial Mint take your money and gives a 8 week shipping date , then when the date is up they notify you late at night that they need another 30 days to ship your purchase . Buyer beware
