I had purchased a custome ar10 to me made pay all up front for it. he kept telling me he was running into problems here and there. it was only to take three months but it draded out now here two years latter no gun. and finally had enough of his lies after he had said he had sent all the parts to his employee. i call the employee only to find out nothing was sent and he no longer works for norton fire arms'
I have sent repeted messages asking for my money back only with no reply. clrearly he is a fraud a thief and a liar. i hope that people will never trust him with thier busness. since this was a present for my birth day and never reciced it. now im will have to go through the courts most likly to get my money back.
On 7/23/2012 I took my 1940"s Marlin 22 rifle (family heirloom) to Jeff Norton to refinish and replace stock. At that time he required payment in the amount of $305.95. As time went by we would contact him and get nothing but excuse,s. He said we are getting such a good deal we have to be patient. It is now 25 months later and we are not even able to copntact him any more. We were able to leave messages for awhile and never a return call. Now we cannot even get any answer from several different numbers. All we are trying to do at this point is get our gun and money back. He has moved from Kenosha, Wi to Racine, Wi in the last 25 months. I was hoping he would be MAN enough to contact his customer and that this would not have to be taken further.
