On February 18 and 19 I tried to set up an appointment with Physical Therapy at the Norwalk Hospital, in both occassions I leave my name and phone number, but never received a call back. The representative that answered the calls were nasty, rude, and abusive, in all the occasions all of them refused to give me their name, they also let me waiting intentionally in the phone until i told my wife i have not choice that to drive to the hospital, then they answered immediately, meaning that they were making me wait for no reason, I asked for the manager and one of the operators told me that she was the manager, which evidently was not true. Finally they transfer me to customer service where i live a message because believe it or not the supervisor was out and apparently was no anyone else in charge.
I have had some terrible experiences with the NORWALK HOSPITAL and I can assure anyone that is the worse decision any person in need of care can make.
People, sick persons in need of help do not need to be abuse, harrased, or mistreated.
In the past I present a complaint against the Norwalk Hospital at the Health Department and after the investigation they found many violations, but apparently the management of the Norwalk Hospital do not received the message.
