We are a non-profit organization and we took our car to NTA Exxon on Minnieville and Dale Blvd. 14195 Minnieville Road, Woodbridge,VA 2193 and owned by Mr. Ishtiaq, Mohammed and Raheel Sheikh. During the winter we took the car owned by a 80 year old senior citizen to this gas station and auto repair station for a battery recharge. We were told that the battery could not be recharged and an attempt was made to sell us a new battery for over $100.

The tow charge and the battery would have yielded over a $250 charge. The car was strong and I opted to buy a new battery for the woman from a store with her trade in. This only cost us $45.00 but, when we picked up the vehicle and paid the $89.00 tow fee, the emergency brake was mysteriously stuck. I asked how this occurred and I was told it happened during the towing of the vehicle. They then said it could be fixed at the minimum of $200 but, could cost more. The car was not drivable and could not be inspected.

After giving the benefit of the doubt to these crooks. We needed another vehicle repaired in order to attend a funeral that required driving 500 miles away. We asked them to inspect the entire car, engine, hoses etc. in order to give us an estimate for repair that could make the car safe to drive such a distance. The gave us an estimate of $940.00 with a $30 discount. We approved the repair and picked up the vehicle after paying cash.

We proceeded to fill up the tank of the car with gas and while at an intersection 70 miles from home, the car broke down. It was the second time the car had been driven and only two days from being picked up. When notified that the car was broken down, they replied they could fix the car again but it could cost me from $500 to $2,000 depending on the damage. We missed the funeral and Exxon charged us for towing and storage. When I take a car to this shop, one thing is fixed and once they are paid, another thing is broken. Sound familiar?

I attempted to work things out with them peacefully and they promised me that they would do something to make up for my loss and stress. They asked me for 24 hours and I extended them that time after speaking to a man named Greg Ralph the General Mgr, who is slick as snake oil. He appeared sympathetic the initial call but, after giving him the time he requested, he was as evil and cold as anyone I had ever encountered. He had the nerve to offer to repair my car at an additional cost as if he was doing me a favor. The station is owned by a devout Muslim named Mr. Sheikh and the management are locals Greg Ralph and Frank 703 670-4422

I have spoken with other clients including a former Comcast employee and the vehicles repaired usually break down again within a short span of time after repair. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE AFTER THEY ARE PAID. Frank is a very slick man that pretends to care while his foot is in your butt. The station is located near Dale Blvd. and Minnieville Rd. next to McDonald's. I'm filing legal action and if you have or know anyone with a similar issue, ask them to contact me ASAP to join in my case.
