Nuclei Marketing accpeted a payment of $1753.00 via paypal and in exchange offered a money-back guarantee to correct a Google penalty. We paid the money they requested however, the Google penalty was not reversed nor did we see any improvement in our website's ranking. We contacted our presentative, Kumar, several times to verbalize our concern about lack of results. He asked for additional time to correct the problem. We agreed to extend the amount of time to see results. Even after the extension of time, Kumar did not have any positive results to reverse the Google penalty.
At this time, we asked for our money-back guarantee. He asked for additional time once again. We denied this request. He then asked for additional funds to correct the problem. We explained we would not be giving him additional money when he had already not produced any results for our initial investment. At this time, he stopped answering emails.
We went to PayPal to ask for a refund and because of the amount of time that had passed, they directed us to our bank. When we approached our bank, they said we had approved payment and to address the vendor (even though we had details about the money-back guarantee in writing). At this time we contacted Kumar again and asked to apply our money-back guarantee. We also asked if he was unwilling to refund our payment, perhaps he would provide a different type of service for the amount of money already paid. He did not answer our emails once again.

Kumar is a fraud, who manipulates people out of their money. He works the system, selecting his timelines based on when the consumer will not be able to receive any money back from PayPal or their credit card company.
