Need to find out if there are others who have made an investment with Thomas Wiley of Numatex, to learn if they too have not received promised returns. Were you promised a full refund if you requested one? Do your calls go unanswered or returned? Is this a reputable company or a fraud? In the beginning they sent checks as a return on the investment regularly. They asked for an additional investment a couple of years later to increase 'financial security in the future' and based on past returns this was done. Now, no checks or responses to phone calls. I'm beginning to think this was or is a SCAM and need to know if there are others who have experience with Numatex Inc. How do I find a list of shareholders? Any information on this company would be appreciated.
My friends invested about $10,000 over the last twenty years, and have seen about $1000 return. 10% gross return over twenty years, or approximately 0.5% annually. Most of that was very early on. Recent returns are much, much lower. I was given $500 worth of shares ten years ago as a birthday gift and have seen no return. And since the company's investment is in leases and not property or hard assets, I suspect all the principal is gone.
Newsletters were monthly. Currently the most recent was February.
Does anyone know actual outcome of drilling results of thsiswell? It was spudded in mid July,2013 and drilling results were promised to be posted on the NUMATEX website. No results posted.
A check of the Kentucky Geological Survey showed a letter went to NUMATEX from the state of Kentucky concerning their failure to comply with state reporting requirements.
All this suggests that possibly this did not produce commercial oil. If it had, the compny president would be telling the world. Possibly their new technology is not what it seemed.
Another year has passed on Numatex. Nothing else changes on the investment. No returns. The President of the company touts we investors all share in the patent of his yet proven to be reliable technology. No new wells dug.
Remember good things come to those who are patient. God grinds slow but does it right. If I had the money I would purchase your shares at the price you bought them. I advise you to pray about whether to keep or to get reimbursed for your shares. Pray for and about Numatex would be the best thing to do for you and the company which will soon bless those involved beyond there expectations.
