I was led to this product through an alternative window other than their web site they said I was getting a trial yet by the time the products was shipped my wife did not even have time to try it and they had already charged my bank account for about 85 dollars when I contacted them they pretty much told me too bad well I canceled with them and told them I would be sending their product back they then informed I would not get refunded well I did not figure I would but do not want their product in my home none the less. In this country you have to be a liar and a theif to get ahead and the ppl who work for this company are very experienced in both.

I was on a rewards website that linked to nuvalift. It was supposed to be free products. There's question after question. Page after page with these free rewards websites. Very confusing. I tried to be sure what I was ordering was really free with shipping costs. Got the supposed free bottle, it breaks out my face. Attempted to contact company to tell them send no more. When they attempted to charge my credit card which I didn't know about until I got email from discover saying a charge was declined, it was declined because I am at my limit. The only way I could find to try and contact them was email. They seemed to have no record of my account from what I could surmise. They wanted to know more information. I thought the $84 charge declined by my credit card was for another bottle so I don't want anymore of that smelly stuff. I get call today saying this is 2 nd attempt to collect from me.

It's for the first free bottle. They called Oct 23. But no one talked to me. If no one talked to me about it. How is that contact. She said they told me who they were.If the call got dropped it happens frequently with my cell phone around here. Ask all my friends and family. Anyway it took me several minutes to even figure this time what she was talking about. I get tons of telemarketers calling and usually don't answer if I don't recognize the number. I get 100s of spam emails a day since being on the rewards websites. But now they want to collect from me by Nov. 11. I'm disabled on social security and don't have any money. It's gone before I get it and next month's check is too. A big part of my disability is mental and I get easily confused but I really tried to read the offer. Now I don't know what to do. I got a free trial from another company and it was no problem to contact them and tell them I couldn't use the weightloss product because it interacted with my prescriptions. Why is this company vague and tricky. Nothing on the invoice about it. I still can't seem to find that on their website either.

I really don't know what to do.

Ordered a “free trail, pay shipping only” of the Nuvalift product for wife via a rewards web-site.

Paid initial shipping fee, no problem. 3 weeks later, DESPITE having emailed company to cancel within the 14-day period, a charge appeared on credit card for full price.

The worst part:

My wife tried the product & it left a significant skin burn on her face that took 10 days to heal. This product is not safe to use.

I ordered Nuva lift on line for a free trial offer with only shipping costs $4.95 with my credit card. Now Im being charged for this product (which I might add is junk) $85 on my credit card.

I have tried calling them several time but their mailbox says its full an of course no one answers. I have tried contacting them on line cant find an email address. Just a rip off.

DO NOT order the free trial offer of this product for $4.95. It is not that price. The ad reads it's a fourteen day free trial offer, but it isn't. Before you know it, you will be charged $84 more dollars plus change to your account. If you call them, they will tell you they charge from the time you order even if you don't get the product til AFTER the fourteen days are up!

Then they go on to inform you that the product can't be returned anyway because it's been opened, and they don't take it back if it's opened. OK...I thought a "free trial" was you get to try the product, not with Nuva Lift though.

The product STINKS. The smell is horrible, so if you sleep with someone I would NOT recommend using this at night.

So if you order the product, expect a night mare.

Aggressive advertising of sample product for which you are to pay only S&H. Credit Card then charged $85 without warning. BBB has numerous similar reports on file. Company does not respond to BBB complaints nor refund full amount. This is definitely a scam!

Offer free trial then you receive charges of $85 dollars for monthly products you did not agree to plus you never receive product. The product is tainted and smells bad.

NuvaLift is one of the worst scams on the market. They offer you a sample for the price of shipping at $4.95. Before you blink they charge your account for the blanace of $84.87. In less than a month later you get another delivery and charge you for the monthly fee of $84.87. The product you receive doesn't come with any instructions for usage....just the small container. I contacted NuvaLift to cancel the products which they did after some considerable conversations. I asked to return the two, unopened and unused products at my shipping expense but they refused to accept the return.

When we purchased this item it was a freee trial container that wasn't free in any way, shape, or form. When you read their website you will find the small print at the bottom of another page saying that they'll charge you the full amount after 14 days of trial use. That would be fine if the trial starts after you recieve the product. It starts the day you order. It give you little or no time to sample the product.

I explained to them that my wife's doctor suggested that she not use this product and only use his prescription products that cost far less than the NuvaLift products. They flatly refused to accept the return.

This is a true scam and do yourself a favor and avoid any use of their products.

I called their toll free number for a free sample and gave credit card number for shipping only. $4,95. I was promised they would never use my card again. I received a packaged that was billed to my credit card for $84.75. We discovered that this company is a scam and has dozens of complaints thoughout the country. They told me they will dispute my case. I never signed a internet agreement w ith them as this was done over the phone for only a free sample. ]

The BBB does not reconize them and has many complaints about this scam. It is not FDA approved. I threw the sample away as it was unpleasant smelling.

Please beware of this company. It takes your credit information and will try to ruin you finanically and dispute you if you challange them.

Nuvalift SCAM

You guys want to see where your money went? The evil mastermind behind Nuvalift is named Alex Podgurski. He goes by, "Mr. Alex Pod", "Alex Pod", or, "A-Pod" on his social media accounts. Do a Google search for "Mr. Alex Pod Instagram", check out his pics, and prepare for your blood to boil when you see how this arrogant p.o.s. is spending all the money he scams. Be sure to read the comments and hashtags he writes under his pics, they're priceless. It looks like he actually owns several companies, which are probably also scam operations. (All of this information is easily verifiable with a few Google searches, if you want too see for yourself.) He's made SO much money from scamming people that he's been able to live a lifestyle SO extravagant that he's actually been featured in a book about arrogant rich kid jerkwads (which is laughable bc, while he certainly is rich (thanks to us), arrogant, and a jerkwad, he's 30 years old). So check this guy out... And SPREAD THE WORD!!!

So I filled out a survey for a free trial offer and paid a $4.95 shipping fee. Because I didn't scroll way down to the bottom and click on the conditions and they had my credit card #, they were able to "legally rip me off." This is so deceptive and they know they can make money the way they have set this up. Read for yourself...

It's the word "trial" that catches the fly!

My husband initially purchased a "sample" of NuvaLift from a an internet pop up advertisement. Shortley thereafter, he received his credit card bill and there were two charges on it from NuvaLift. The first charge dated 11/19/14 was for $4.95. The second charge dated 12/03/14 was for $84.87. He did not purchase or agree to purchase anything after buying the sample. He reported the second charge to his credit card company advising that the felt the $84.87 charge was fraudulent and asked that it be removed. He attempted to contact NuvaLift on several occasions. When a representative finally answered she told him that the $4.95 was a trial offer and that he was required to contact them and cancel if he chose to do so. He did not remember any such requirement on the internet. He told the woman this and asked for the last charge to be canceled. She said she couldn't do that. He then asked to speak to a supervisor and she said she couldn't connect him to a supervisor because it would take at least forty-five minutes. He then left his phone number and asked her to have a supervisor call him.

My husband then filed a complaint with the Office of the Attorny General for the State of California (since this was the only address we had at the time for NuvaLift), both online and in writing, as well as with the Virginia Office of the Attorny General. Had we had the Las Vegas, NV address he would have filed with that state's Office of Attorney General as well. This is very easy to do and it turned out to be effective for us. We received a letter from the CA Attorney General's office advising that they would contact NuvaLift and let them know that he had filed a complaint against them and requested a response from them regarding my husband's concerns. Today I received a call from NuvaLift. They said they had credited my husband's credit card for the $84.87 charge and cancelled the membership. This is truly a scam! Don't fall for it!

Walgreens emailed me to take a survey and at the end I would pick a FREE gift. After I took the survey it gave me a list of free gifts to choose from. I picked Nuvalift, put in my bank info to pay for S & H only! 2 weeks later I see a charge of $84. So I called Nuvalift and they told me that it was a free Trail and I agreed to the terms and condictions when I put my payment info in. They will not refund my money. They don't know anything about the walgreens survey. I told them that I will be calling my bank next. They told me that I will lose because they have my IP address.

So I guess I have to call walgreens next. I always read the fine print before giving my payment info out and it said nothing about $84.

I hope this stops someone else from buying anything from Nuvalift!

I've been offered for a trial cream for 4.95$ so i bought it and was not informed about the 84$ charge to my card after the 15 day trial period. I was not even aware of the trial period charge. I called the customer care and i was not refunded the whole amount. This is a fraud company .

I would like to know if anyone faced the same and got their whole amount back.
