Ocwen Loan Servicing Reviews

I changed my insurance company from Citizens state insurance to Universal property and casualty. Ocwen paid both citizens and UP&C. UP& C cancelled me and I paid for American Integrity on my home. Now I have paid for 3 different home owner policies for my home and can not get ocwen to get the money refunded to my escrow for the citizens and UP&C they took from the account. I have been trying to get them to refund the $734 citizens and the $588 UC&P insurnace because I paid $750 on my own to american integrity and now my mortgage premium has gone through the roof. I am out almost $1300 and I want it back. I am so sick of the stall tactics and being transferred all over the place. I just want an answer NOW!!!

I called them and got transferred only to be told they will research the account to find out where the refund checks are and how come they have not been poisted to my account. It has been since 10/2014 I have been trying to get this settled and it is almost Christmas. I could of had a nice Christmas instead of a crappy one if I only had my $1300 back.

It seems to be that Bank of America is the heading of all these scams by Ocwen, Nationstar, and GreenTree Servicing companies.

I need an attorney because Bank of America haspassed properties on to the Debt collectors when the loans werenot in debt. Now I have received t

An email from Ocwen stating a $3,200 PAYMENT WAS made on our loanon November 2, 2014. When I went online to see where the payment came from it stated it was a suspense payment. What is a suspense payment. I have all documentation, and a very good case agwinst Bank of America and these so called mortgage companies that are handling theese loans with intimidation and rudeness. I am in Virginia so if there is a Virginia attorney that can help us please contact us. My husband is a very sick Vietnam veteran and I am disabledand on chemo and have to have surgery. I dont know how much more of these people I can take.

I have paid a monthly premium for mortgage insurance since the inception of my loan in 3/2012. On August 29th, 2014 Ocwen charged my account for double the mortgage insurance. I called them and spoke to Lisa to ask why. She told me that this is always paid a month in advance and should have been since the beginning of my loan but I was behind a month and this extra payment was being applied to July 2014 so I would be caught up. She also informed me that I am not the only person this has happened to.

So, according to her, going all the way back to the beginning of my loan, I never paid the first month's PMI. I requested a statement showing all payments and allocations back to 3/26/2012 and received it. I traced the PMI payments back and what I was told is a LIE. They have stolen $93.91 from me/my escrow account.

My loan started with Ally which was then obtained by Ocwen. The login to my account and format of the account information remained the same until 9/2014 when Ocwen has transitioned those loans over to it's official website. I am curious as to whether this has happed to others who also started with Ally. Seems to me they took a nominal fee for transferring people's accounts in a way they could claim was legal.

First, Ocwen took over my mortgage in 2012 from GMAC. Ocwen sends me repetitious paperwork as often as twice daily.

Second, Ocwen demands numerous extra fees verbally on the phone yet never in writing.

They told me I owed them fees for "driving by my house" supposedly to check quality every 30 days or more whenever they see fit. I am not in foreclosure. I got behind in January 2014 due to hospitalization and car accident. However, as of May 29 I am caught up on payments. However, I am told on June 1, that I owe more fees for "transfer" - $78. in 2013. And $153.00 for unspecified "fees."

I already paid all the fees that I was told about in April and May 2014 but they keep adding on more over the phone and I can never be caught up..They never tell all the fees even when I ask, only after I have made the

payment then they reveal more fees due.

Third,I receive harrassing phone calls from Ocwen (same phone number) demanding I pay "taxes" or they

will come to my job and arrest me! When I ask Sharif Khan (my Ocwen rep) he says they are not calling me

as my taxes are included in escrow/monthly payment. However, I continue to receive calls from Ocwen and often lately no one speaks, just silent.

Fourth, my loan modification is going nowhere as they demand the same paperwork over and over for more than a year.

I feel I am being preyed upon as I am 70 years. They continually send me letters regarding bankruptcy and foreclosure, although I am not in either program. I need major help. Ocwen is financially killing me.

I had a mortgage with OCWEN. I refinanced through another company and closed on my house on 2/28/14. OWEN took out another payment from my checking account on 3/7/14. I have been due a refund since then totaling over $2,000. Since that date I have been given one run around after another. First they told me that the amount would be transferred to my account. Then they told me that they were sending a check but it would take 30 days.

Now it has been past 30 days and they want to stop payment on the check saying it is lost in the mail. They say that they will have to research this and that it will take 15 days to research before they can directly transfer the funds to my account. I feel this has all been a tactic to use my money to draw interest on it for as long as possible. They have put me in a huge financial bind because I need to pay my mortgage to my new lender and OCWEN continues to hold my money.

We got behind on our mortgage, then I called to get the amount to make it current. I sent them what they said and they sent my money back saying it wasn't enough. Called them again sent what they said, they sent it back and added late charges each time. This went on for two months. Finally got it straightened out after two months of stress and harassment from these people. I am now current but they are still calling me daily. HELP!!!

Just how many complaints, rip-offs and foreclosures have to actually occur before our justice system -- designed to protect and defend the innocent actually does something?

As a self-employed individual, after my divorce I needed to refinance my home. I can't even tell you without digging DEEP how many times my mortgage has since changed hands...but there is ALWAYS one underlying name that keeps popping up...JP Morgan Chase Bank of New York Melon. Didn't matter when it was Poplar Mortgage or Litton Loan Servicing, doesn't matter currently with Ocwen Loan Servicing, they are all working with JP Morgan Chase Bank of New York Melon.

So my first question...who really wears the ""pants"" when it comes to the games being played at homeowner expense? Conveniently, Litton took over when Popular closed, and then Ocwen when Litton closed. I have been battling since 2003 with the scams and games. I have been foreclosed on 2 times, my credit is now crap, and here is the best part...didn't miss a payment on time!

Laws are blatently violated and ignored with such aarogance it makes my blood boil. Don't waste your time trying to resolve on your own, as they just continue to play the time game, playing stupid until they (under THEIR ideology) foreclose.

I had to sue them December, 2012, and they rescinded the foreclosure as the suit included 27 violations of Federal and State laws. Unfortunately, I gave up my right to sue them for what had transpired.

In May, 2013 the paperwork was finalized. In June, the games began again. I have talked til blue in the face, have faxed, sent letters with proofs, have never been denied a payment, yet once again they are trying to foreclose.

Further note, although persistent in trying, from May 2013 to March, 2014 I never received a statement; never received the year-end statement showing interest and taxes paid. As a result, even though the foreclosure was rescinded, the Township never reinstated the PRE, so the taxes doubled. I received no notification of this either or the fact that they ""raised my mortgage payment"". It was business as usual at Ocwen, kept cashing my payments, no notifications that anything was amiss. And not creating a ""red flag"" with me so I could contact the Township to get it resolved. Upon discovery of this the end of February, 2014 I got the PRE reinstated for 2014 and guarantee that approval will occur at the Board Meeting in July to reinstate for 2013. When I provided this information, as well as the Township faxing letters of what the 2013 taxes will roll back to, and their refund, it wasn't good enough. In a letter I received from them today, April 24, 2014 they noted and I quote from the Ocwen letter... ""Please note that we send account statements to customers either when a payment is received or at the end of the grace period whichever is earlier. However it was determined that due to some technical issues we were unable send account statements to yur attention. Further, we are current working on it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please allow sufficient time for the request to be processed. (yes the typos and bad language are IN THE LETTER) They note further that I could download the account statements from their website...except OH DARN...I was DENIED ACCESS. I suppose I could get the info from India's customer care staff, but OH, THEY WERE TOLD THEY COULDN'T TALK TO ME! I am now ready to spend more money sueing them once again, this time I will go all the way.

I am extremely annoyed and disapointed at Federal and State Government, that dispite all of the law suits against them, including the State of New York requiring JP Morgan Chase Bank of New York Melon to agree to their countless requirements for conducting business, and the countless times Ocwen, Litton, Popular have been sued, that they continue to be allowed to do financing ANYWHERE.

I have solid documentation to back everything up, including phone records...so no, this is NOT a joke, and I have only included the BIG stuff, or this would end up a novel.

Scam? You betcha! Illegal transfers of mortgages? Yep! Intentional violations of Federal and State laws? Absolutely!

I'm ready to do something about it...are you?
