I purchased an iPhone 5s from craigslist and a few months after the phone was blocked because the original owner owed T-Mobile. I was unable to unlock the phone thru T-Mobile so I found this website that stated that they unlocked blocked/barred cell phones.
I reviewed the company website and they had great reviews, so I believed that they were legit. The website stated that I needed to pay a deposit of 19.99 pounds for them to see if they would be able to unlock the phone.
I received an email a few days after I paid the deposit saying congratulations that my unlock was ready and I needed to pay 89.99 pounds within 7 days to get the phone unlocked or lose my deposit. The email also stated that it was expensive because T-Mobile requires an additional unlocking fee because of the loss of revenue.
After I paid the money on Saturday I received an email the following Monday stating that they are unable to unlock my phone and that I cannot get a refund but they are willing to give me a credit.
I emailed them back asking for my refund stating they have false information on their website. But they were not willing to refund. It seemed as if the representative does not even know what is posted on the website. The site does say they provide refunds, and they can unlock barred/blocked phones.
This company is unscrupulous! They took my money and provided no service. I want others to be aware.
I paid £34.99 for an unlocking service for a blacklisted/barred iPhone 4 handset from KT network in South Korea specifically for my toddler's use. I know that iPhone 4 costs around £60 nowadays so I was a bit reluctant to pay but took the risk anyway. I received an email from these guys 4 days later saying that they cannot unlock my phone as it is BLACKLISTED. And that they will not be able to refund my money as the unlock request has already been processed but a rejection of that sort is non refundable. Also, to guarantee an unlock, I have to pay extra, the same amount I paid for in the first place. I know that the phone is blacklisted, hence, I paid for the barred handset unlocking service. These guys wanted me to pay the same amount that I originally paid for in the first place to guarantee an unlocking service. That's when the alarm bells started ringing! I tried to ring the premium number, which is supposed to be a SALE/SUPPORT number, only to be told that for any query regarding an order has to be done via their Facebook page. I still rang them anyway, hoping to speak to a human being, to no avail! All I heard was music and as if someone is refreshing the whole waiting/hold time. Anyway, I messaged them on Facebook numerous times but never got a response. I messaged them through their CONTACT US page on their main website, I still have got no replies. I answered the email sent to me by "Stephanie" but she has not replied either! I posted on their Facebook site, only to find out that my post is not visible to the public eye. I even tried to rate and warn others on their Trusted Reviews site, only to find out that my review has been deleted. I am going to contact my bank tomorrow to try and get my money back. Chances are, I won't be able to see a trace of that money. All I can do now is warn others of this website's modus operandi that victimises people of their hard earned cash!

PLEASE stay away from OFFICIAL IPHONE UNLOCK to unlock your AT&T Iphone. The company can NOT deliver what it says in its online ad. AT&T has some kind of proprietary method of blocking unlocks from any third party company, using your IMEI from the Iphone. Read sll the forums and see how many other people complained about this company.

THEY SCAM AFFILAITES. THEY ARE OPERATING A FRAUD. PLEASE REPORT THIS TO THE CYBER CRIME AUTHORITYS TO LOOK INTO THIS FRAUD OF A COMPANY.
