Ohio Titles does not provide you with a title for your vehicle. Instead, they give you a stack of paperwork to be presented to your state court to arrange a hearing for your car title. I was shuffled from department to department in the courts as no one knew anything about this so-called "declaratory judgement" hearing. AFter traveling all over town, I was advised to get a lawyer and be prepared to pay at least $100 in court costs. This is all assuming anything would actually come of all this. Even if a hearing was actually scheduled, I would now have to take time off to go to court.
Technically, Cohen isn't exactly scamming you but, believe me, this is a total waste of money. It could never be worth all this trouble.
BTW, I didn't get my paperwork for 3 1/2 months and then only after calling and bugging this nasty guy.
Don't let Buddy lead you on. Everything he did I could of done myself. I did do some of the work he provided in the paper work he sent me. He drug this title on for over three months, I had to send him the same paper work a couple of times. He was very unprofessional.
After three months he sent back paper work and said I had to go to call my Common Pleas and/or Superior Court in my county and file papers to sues my State. What a hassle, so after paying Buddy $239.00, I was going to have to spend more with the courts and waste a bunch more of my time. Then who says I am going to get a title?
Don't use this guy, there are other ways, cheaper and alot faster then Buddy Cohen, aka as Ohio Titles Online. Buddy did not get me a title as advertised. It was still up to me to fight the courts. Steer clear.
Paid 239 got a bunch of papers that my state didnt recognise.No title ,no registration from buddy.Disputed a/x charge in fine print is says no refunds,period but on the sight it says if cant produce title or registration you will get a full refund.A scam and dont say i didnt tell you so,its not the money its the principle
