Company is a FRAUD

Bought (2) battery chargers for an iPhone 5s and iPhone 6. The chargers DONT keep their charge as described, if you use Bose headphones, jack won't fit in the hole under the port....Cant find the manufacture of the product, no warranty paperwork, instructions appear to be written by a 3rd grade student and what company has a Customer Service contact by email only, of which after several emails complaining about the product not working correctly, still no response...The company is a fraud!!!!!!!!!!!!

We attended a Sign Show in Las Vegas and happened to come across this booth. They were selling cel phone gadgets and headphones. We were stopped by a very nice lady, who asked if we had a minute to take a look a this SOLAR charger, explained to us how they supposedly work and being that I am a gagdet fan and always running out of charge on my devices, I thought this would be a great item to have. She said that each charger was $199 but as part of a "show sale" she would give me two for the price of one. I explained to her that we only needed one, and after some negotiation, she sold me one charger for $81.00

I went back to our hotel room, opened the box and found out that there is no user manual. The instructions are on one flap that is part of the box and as much as I tried to figure out what to do to make it work, the solar charger was not charging. I put it on the window with no success. I decided to go online and look up their website which is written on the front of the box, to look for technical support. Well, to my surprise, I got back an error message that the website was invalid. I did a google search and found out that the actual website is spelled with TWO Ls. My "you have been scammed" red flag went up. We decided to go back to the booth the next day and complain about the performance of the solar charger. She explained that the charger needed to be plugged to the wall for 8 hours. After that initial charge, I would be able to put it under the sun for 30 minutes and that would give me FOUR FULL CHARGES. And with the cable provided I could charge THREE devices at a time. They decided that they would replace the device and for our aggravation, confusion, and waste of time, they gave us a second charger for free. I was a happy camper and came back home to California that same day.

As soon as I got home, I followed her instructions, plugged the chargers to the wall overnight, and saw that the lights were blinking, as we had been informed. The next morning I try charging my devices, and it works great, but the charger only gave me one full charge, I put it out on the sun for one entire hour, and the charger did not work. Now, I am getting a message on my devices that the cable is not supported, so I am not getting any charge at all...

I went back to the website, sent them an email explaining them that I still am having problems with the charges, and a second after I hit SEND, the email comes back as undeliverable. I go online to look for reviews on this item, (which is what I should have done in the first place). Other people were having the same problem as me. Luckily I only paid $81 for mine, these people paid full price for something that DOES NOT WORK and these people are impossible to locate to even attempt to get a refund.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!
