Olivia Trujillo Reviews

I won Olivia's Listia auction for an Original Nintendo, a few games, and some peripherals. Five days after the auction ended I wrote to ask if she had already sent it, and if not when she would. She filippantly told me that she would be shipping on Monday, which was past Listia's 7 day time frame for shipping an item. I filed a dispute because I felt she was saying she could break the rules, and I did not think that was acceptable. A little while later she wrote and said she didn't realize what day it was and would ship the next day, but although I removed the dispute immediately she treated me in an horrid manner that included her calling me everything she could think up.

She did ship the next day (day 6), but sent a different Nintendo than was offered in the auction that I won. It was broken, and so I started another dispute, which started her cruelty up again. She tried to provide a fake address for the return of the item, but fortunately I print postage online and the program caught it. She planned this, I believe, as she had written the fake address on the package when she originally sent it to me. I proved to Listia that the Nintendo she sent me was different than the one offered in the auction, but they didn't care about that fraud any more than they cared about her abuse and harassment. One night she wrote me 15 messages in 50 minutes.

After receiving her items back (I used signature delivery confirmation to prove it was her, since she tried the fake address scam) Olivia relisted most of the items, but said in the auction details (since edited out by Listia moderators) that I had stolen two of the games. I had returned all of her items and am amazed that her dishonesty goes so deep that she continues to tell this lie to potential bidders in her comments section, despite the moderators removing her poisonous drama from the auction TWICE already.
