omni contacted an attorney I use for business to find out if I was in bankruptcy and proceeded to tell them that Omni was going to take me to small claims court for non-payment of a debt.
I have zero correspondence from them - they claim they mailed 5 letters. They also have my email address and phone - nothing from them. Now they want over $100 in fees for their negligence.
