My car was hit by a driver with Omni Insurance. I have both written evidents and pictures to showed the accident. But Omni Insurance refused to pay for my repair because the insurer is not returning calls from Omni. Im stuck w/more than $1500 of repair bill.
I purchased omni ins over the phone an thought i had got a good deal an paid my premiun for approximately a year an on may 29th - 2014 i was hit by an uninsured motorist and omni ins could not provide me a rental because they use hertz an hertz didnot have a rental so i rented a auto from u save aut,o an on 6-10-2014 i was hit by a seventeen year old uninsured driver and went to the emergency room on june twelve omni ins has not fixed my vehicle and only offered me one thousand dollars for injury want to just make one claim instead of two. i have full coverage , uninsured motorist , ten thousand per person medical , twenty five fifty per accident . omni ins will not pay for my teeth that has hadto be pulled an others got to be extracted an some repaired. the adjusters will not answer my calls an will not call me back . i have talked to at least six adjusters an they are very rude their names are janet loftin ext 3374 , kristian ainsworth ext 3507 , andrew ext 8575 , kerry bond ext 3344 , justin ext 3121 , laura roos ext 8661 , the vice president of claims steve rotor ext8217 non of the above is no help. Please i am hurt an these accidents were not my fault i have both accident reports an this should be treated as two accidents an my vehicle has not been fixed. please help i am hurt an feel that omni insurance company is a true ripoff . something has to be done to stop them from automobile insurance ripoff heip help help
