I have used On Duty Pest Control for 9 years. For the last 3 visits they have not performed what they call the Pest Tubes - In-Wall Pest Control System, which was in my contract from day one. I also noticed that the person that was assigned to come on those three (3) occasions, was not the regular person that I was used to see every time.
I got concerned, and I was thinking that for the next visit I was going to request to the On Duty person to spray the in-wall tubing; but after 6 weeks of the service being performed, I have been having this battle with sugar ants, that are not to crazy about the ant killer that you can purchase at the store, and are going after everything that you can think of.
I called On Duty to request a visit, and they told me that they could not come before my next visit on June, because the person has to come all the way from Houston; are they kidding me! I need help now! I really think that they got to big and now they are doing whatever they want. I would not recommend this company to anyone, What a shame!
