One Stop Cars LLC Reviews

I am new to AZ & experienced the floods for the 1st time which resulted in me needing my engine replaced. I assumed that they were very competent mechanics & they allowed me to make payments on my repairs, it took a little over a month for me to pay for my parts before they even began to work on my car. After paying over $1800 for the replacement of both my engine & condenser I finally got my car back almost 3 months later, it ran terribly & would shake & cut off when stopped at a traffic light. I had never had any mechanical problems other than my engine & condensor needing to be replaced. The next day I took it back to them because the check engine light was on & they said that I it needed to run thru it's drive cycle to reset everything, so I drove it about 80 miles. The next day the check engine light was still on so I went back to the shop, at that time they told me it needed an O2 sensor, I gave him $100 and dropped my car off the next morning. After it sitting for over 6 hours for something they said would take 30 minutes to replace I asked for my money back & left.

Not trusting them any longer I took my car to another shop that ran an electrical diagnostic test on it, they discovered that several wires were not even connected & some were not connected properly, I ended up paying them for correcting the issue which was $35. They were very informative but let me know that they were unable to do the O2 sensor repairs on it. I then took it to another repair shop that specialized in foreign vehicles. They were able to replace the O2 sensors where they discovered 1 that was faulty & the other was missing where they just taped it up, another $250. I still do not have a working air conditioner in my car, they informed me that the HVAC transducer was missing as well as the cap covering the ac compressor. On top of that they not replace the condenser in which I paid them for ($200). I am now looking at another $1500 to have all of the issues that they created repaired. I also asked them for an itemized receipt several times indicating the information on the engine stating that it only had 42k miles on it & they told me that they could not provide me with that.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB who also tried to reach out to the company with no response.
