On 4/2/14 , I purchased a coffee table online. On 4/11/14 , the table was delivered ,when I had it opened
the table was broken. I called customer service to report it , I was told to send them pictures o f the damage,
so I did. I have received a few emails, the last one saying they have filed a claim and told her manger ,and
will get back to me soon as possible. The last time I written was 4/22/14 and have not heard anything
since then.
