I wanted to purchase a good use car so off we go to Orr Nissan in Corith Tx. We had everything in order to make the process simple and easy. I wanted the 2012 nissan versa so we did all the loops and finally came to seeing Mr James Wong in the finance dept. Sign all the paper work, down payment, insurance, gap insurance, schedule payments from bank account, everything that was needed and was told that everything looked great!!!! The nissan vera had a few scratches on the rear bumper and was told by the sales person to set up an appointment with the body shop and we did and 8 days later we went to our appiotment.
The lady at the collision dept came out to inspect the car and started circleing all the nicks and scratches on the car and said it needed a full body paint. I was shocked because all I went for was these few nicks on the rear. She said it had to be approved and that they would give us another car to drive for a few days. We go up to the front office and Mr James Wang comes out to inspect the vera and come back in and ask me to come into his office and before I had the chance to sit down, his very first words were, '' You did not get approved for the loan and we need the car back, and is there any one to pick you up.
