Having worked there, I have to say that it is AMAZING that it is NEVER the person who owes the money's fault. Bills are often blown off until it comes back to haunt them! Deadbeats are the worst!
This is my 2nd time experiencing their harassment by mail. In fact, it seems to be their specialty. After moving in with my fiance and his parents 6 months ago, I was billed by my old doctor's office for a copay I paid 2 years ago. They send me collection letters on behalf of this doctor's office every other day in the mail. I tried explaining to them that this was a paid copay, but they kept sending me the letters, along with bills sent to them by my old doctor. They do not deserve the license they practice under, nor do they deserve to keep going in business. Professional stalkers and liars is all they have proven themselves to be.
