I am retired and working with Pacific Brochures has given me the ability to supplement my income and enjoy a better quality of life. This is a wonderful way to work without the normal hassles of driving every day to work. This also gives me the freedom to plan my work around my personal life as well.
I can't speak for anyone else, but I have been with Pacific Brochures for just over 6 months now. Within this time I have consistently made some extra money each and every week. Some weeks I make more then others, but I make money every week!
I can't speak for everyone or anyone else, but for me this is a great opportunity to get some extra cash working from my home. When I first started using the Free Mailer Program i wanted an easy way to supplement our family income, well for us is the first program that works... Some weeks I make more then others but at the end of the month i have a nice we a more than decent payment from Pacific Brochures.
Be patient! Don't worry if you didn't get your mail in the first week... you will eventually get it and if you have questions just call them, they will help you as they did in my case. It has been the first time I have actually made any money with a program like this but this program really work!
I work this program with my elderly mother part time and it's a really nice and easy way to supplement our income. I really appreciate how patient Diane was with all my questions.
i was very skeptical about the Free Mailer Program
There are so many fraudulent companies, so at first i was very skeptical about the Free Mailer Program from Pacific Brochures... Well I'm glad i tried, and before I knew it I was receiving a check. I really needed some extra money and I'm very impressed how well this turned for me.
I worked in nursing for over 20yrs, I got to a point where it became hard for me to walk or stand for long periods of time. I found Pacific Brochures and it has been a blessing to me and my family. I can work to provide and also be there when my children play the sports that they choose. I have never missed a game since I started working from home.

I am a stay at home mom. One of my lil girls has recently had surgery and I can't really go back to work right now. And I was nervous about getting into something I didn't know much about and there was a lot of scams and rip offs out there. But Pacific Brochures is a really neat and fun way to make a some or a lot of extra cash depending on how much time you have to spend on this! It's great!!!! IF you need the money....
I was very unsure about the Pacific Brochures, took almost 3 weeks until I got the mail from them, i needed some explanations and I did call customer service on more occasions but every time Diane was patient and very helpful. iF you really want this to work it can work for you, you wont get rich overnight and maybe the first weeks will be slow but if you do your part this will abe nice and easy way to supplement your income.
I don't know if these people are just really cranky or work for one of there competitors but either way THEY ARE FULL OF IT! I make great money and it is deposited into my account EVERY SINGLE TUESDAY! These stories they are telling are complete BS! My mother and sister also work for Pacific Brochures and make the same money I do. Do yourself a favor and give them a try! don't be fooled by these bitter old liers! YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID!
I haven't signed up for this company yet..... but i did speak to them.... they themselves say that you get paid on the first and third tuesdays of them month... not "EVERY SINGLE TUESDAY" as you stress.

When I call and let them know I have not recieved and envelopes Inget a different person asking for my name and number and that I'll be called back. I never get a call back.
It's a SCAM and I bet you are one of the employees trying to pose as someone who works for them so people like myself fall for it and come to realization that it's a scam. If it sounds to good to be true chances are it is.

Since being laid off I have searched for something to do at home to avoid approximately 3 hours a day to commute. No more Metro delays! I get to work on time because I'm already here! With this program I know I will be making money from home in no time.
When i had questions i was surprised that they actually have live representatives that answer the phone, and explain everything for you until you get it. They actually answered all my questions and helped me when i needed!
This is a fake positive review. They are determined to get their hands on YOUR money! Why aren't these people in prison? The law will catch up with them.
I can't tell how long I have been researching "how-to-make-money-online". It always seemed like a scam or a dream. From time to time, I would find a small morsel of hope, maybe make a dollar or two, but nothing substantial. Then, as fate would have it, I came across Pacific Brochures. They not only promise to help you earn money, they show you how. And it works.
I signed up for this program and was charged for it back in Oct 2015. It's now Mar 2015, and I've received NOTHING. The contact phone number for this company is fake and the website is always down... I'm a single mom with no extra money to spare, and these people feed off of desperate single mothers and other people like me. I can't emphasize enough how sickened I am by this scam. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!
I have waited two months and received nothing. Three weeks ago I emailed Pacifi Brochures because I couldn"t reach anyone by phone, the sarcastic man that responded told me to wait longer, now the website has disappeared and emails are being rejected. The positive reviews no doubt are from the cooks behind Pacific Brochures. Lost $50.00
Unlike others options they offer real work from home opportunity. I was unsure if this would work but now I am earning a stable income each month, Pacific Brochures is an incredibly, worked for me and will work for you! Good luck!

I ordered this program or should I say what I thought was a program, which turns out to be a complete joke on June 12, 2014. I was then told that I would be getting the start up package in the mail within a few days. Ok so when I got the start up package in the mail it gave a number to call which is I guess suppose to be the line to Ms. Diane which she never answers the phone, if you leave her a message she never calls you back what so ever. So it leaves you to only be able to call 1800-707-1810, then you might be able to get her on the phone. I spoke to her a few times and each time she told me I was getting my envelopes in a few days, it is now July 15, 2014 and I haven't gotten anything but this start up package which tells you about other work from home jobs. I told to her again and she told me what it was taking this long because I am waiting for people to respond to my ad. Ok so now which ad is that?? Cause I don't remember putting one out, nor did anyone tell me that I would be waiting on anything other than my envelopes that still haven't made it. Who ever is writing these positive comments on this company has to be the people behind this whole scam. I've already started talking to the FBI about this and they will be looking into it. Same on these people taking people's hard earned money knowing that they don't plan to do nothing that they said they would do. May God have mercy on each and ever one of them who is behind this. I could have used that $50 on my child, please believe I won't be fooled again. Anyone thinking about doing this PLEASE don't waste your time or your money, do something else with it.
I work from home. I do believe that you have to pay sometime to get where you want. I called serval time and inquire information about this company. Even spoke with someone that said people who post on her provided cc that was their. I even went as far as to do rush delivery and yet to get anything but a dam book and paper. never was told i need to do my own advertisement to start stuffing envolopes. spoke with diana and she say o dont worry we do the advertisement for u wait until saturday and see. well saturday came and gone 2 week later i call and they tell me i must return the book. That wont happen on my expence. Everyone try to make extra money not to be ripoff by a dishonest company. DO NOT SEND A DIME TO THIS COMPANY! I SHOULD HAVE USED THAT $50 AND GOT SOME SCRATCH GAMES

A warning fo all, Pacific Brochures has been defrauding unsuspecting consumners out of huge amounts of money
for many years and I want to know how and why they are still in operation, I found them on the internet for
work from home opportunities, they say that one can make money processing letters form home, I called them at the number in their ad and spoke to them prior to ordering, they said I would get a minimum of 300 to 500 envelopes part time weekly and up to 700 evelopes also wweekly for full time and stated that I get paid $1.00
for each and every envelope I insert the sales letter and send them out to customers that requested them, so I got my package with instructions and the circular they wanted me to make my own copies to send out, so I was
excited and made 1200 copies because I believed them and thought they werer for real and I was going to make money from home, that was in April 2014 and I never recieved any envelopes and when I call Diane she kept
assuring me that it would take another week ot two to start getting envelopes and now July 4th and ZERO envelopes she lied through her teeth , I called and left a message demanding my $50.00 refund and they never called me back and now when I call it goes stright to their voice mail, they even stopped answering the phone!!!
Pople please you need to file a formal report with the Federal Trade Commission of Washington DC, this is the
only way we can shut down this company and stop the fraud they impose onto unsuspecting consumers and perhaps we can get our money back, please file yhour complaint NOW lets stop them, this is called Theft by Deception and its against the law. please look up hte Federal Trade Commission of Washington D.C and then proceed with your complaint. You do have 60 days to try the program and still receive a refund. If
you like I can have the advertising Department call and go over it all
with you. If not, please return everything in reusable condition. A
refund will go back on your card within a week. You will receive a email
when it is done.

Thank you for your reply Henry but I have not received any envelopes or anything. That was the complaint of many people on the internet that complained. It seems as though the scam is that no one receives the products. The first mailer is sent and of coarse people are going to open it, but you guys are asking that it is sent back in reusable condition; come on. This is wrong on all levels. I never received the envelopes and it has been almost two months. Explain to me why a $35 money order can not be addressed to me and sent to my P.O Box 703551 Dallas,TX 75370 ?? That was my money; I tried to call on numerous occasions and was told that my name was on a list to be called back. No one ever called. This company will be stopped, this is fraud and I am so sure you guys are thinking that you can not be tracked because it is a virtual company without an actual office, just the presence of one but this company will be stopped after a few hundred people complain via the internet. Henry have someone mail me my money.
I researched the web for work from home jobs. I was a student and it was difficult to find work that would not interfere with my studies. I looked for any complaints against the company before I invested my money. In May, 2014, I was charged the start up fee for the materials to be sent to my home. It took almost two months to recieve this package. The next step would be for the company to send me referrals via postal mail. I received a book with various work from home opportunities listed. I invested in one of the options in the book. The interesting part was that I asked this company about Pacific Brochures and they seemed to have never heard of the company. That company sent me the necessary items I needed for their business. I never received the envelopes I was waiting for and I had difficulty getting a live person to assist me. I emailed this company repeatedly. Therefore, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and I am currently waiting to receive my refund.
Ok so while looking for at home jobs to do till i found a job I come across Pacific Brocures. claiming I can make X about of money mailing their brocures out. Simple enough right? I pay the 35$ fee to get the booklet they send first and the 15$ rush shipping. First off.. rush shipping is FAR from what i got. try 2 weeks later when i finally got it when it said only 3-5 days. next it says to wait an additional 3 WEEKS until your envelopes and brochures start coming in. 3 weeks on the dot i called diane. she said wait 1 more week. ""dont worry they will come everyone goes threw this waiting period. if they are not there by next week give me a call"" the next week i gve her another call. ""oh im sorry. no one has forwarded your info to me until today (but i called her the week before) just wait another week and they should be there. now we are getting into over a month and im getting irritated. i call diane every day and let her know. its always the same thing. just wait another week. when i finally told her i have pretty much figured out that this is a scam and she is a bold faced liar she got irritated and very rudely told me to just mail the book back and i will get a refund. im never gonna see that 50$ again so i didnt bother. by the way the book they send you is a total crock to. none of the websites or numbers work. she proceeded to hang up on me and quit answering my calls. my mother in law who also signed up called her the SAME DAY and diane told her it was because of tax time. that leads were coming in slow because no one was looking for work and that they were out spending money and to wait another week.
so basiclly i am out 50$ with a useless book. do not sign up for thiss because it is a scam and diane is a bold faced liar!

If I were to engage with a company such as this and then have a positive experience, I would simply say that "I paid for the program, had questions, and somebody helped me. I would recommend it".... but instead, there are people posting more of a "copywriting/advertising" style of post, like "Whew!!! am I glad to finally find a reputable company! Everybody I spoke to was respectful and I would recommend it for anybody! Imagine having all the money and peace at your fingertips! Don't stop... don't breathe another breath until you make the same empowering steps that I did to change your life! It was almost too easy that I felt guilty...but I didn't have time because I was too busy counting the money!!"

I have sent a rush order payment to this company, $50 was removed from my credit card immediately for their packet to work at home for the . This was backin May. I hve call repeatedly and ony received Dianes voice mail recording....no one has yet to call me background and I haven't received one envelope! I think that the positive posts on their website is them posting themselves. This very unfair to the consumer who just wanted to do an honest days work for honest pay. To have determined that this is not a company I would like to work for. If it's this hard to get the work to do, than how hard will it be to get paid??? I want a refund and I have nothing to lose...I will continue to call them on a daily basis. I'd advise no one else to fall for this companies bull!

Pacific Brochures has been a wonderful experience thus far. I enjoy the freedom of making my own hours to accommodate my lifestyle. I have been working from home through Pacific Brochures for almost 6 months now. I am a very independent person and I am impressed at how well it is working out. I have my home office where I go when it is time to work.
If you believe that you are a self-motivated person who can work with little supervision and are confident enough to learn and make decisions on your own then I would definitely recommend Pacific Brochures... It's fantastic!

( this is what i got back from this guy today) This is Crazyiness and i have been leaving messages with Diana Stanly for 2 weeks and no one has returend my phone calls at all. Every one just keep hanging up on me or transfering me. so yes i got ticked off who wouldnt! But in no way did i use those words to them.. When that guy Henry started say i said F this and That i wrote him Back i never said tose wiords.. I could not believe that this is how they are working there.. This is not how you run a company... And i was really wanting this i have to boys and i wanted this so we could do more things together and all it is causeing is Nonsence!! Someone please help me..
This Company is a scam, liars website tells you one thing and the person on the phone tells another story. Thought I did my homework on this company and found income since I have been laidoff almost a year.
They charge you 35.00 to make you sure you are serious about working for them. They charge a 15.00 Rush fee or 10.00 regular mailing fee. I chose the 15.00 so could get started as a full time envelope stuffer of 700-1000 per week. They were to be here in 4 days.
Not so what will be Rushed to you is the information package. I also found you have to copy the letter that goes in the envelope at your expense. Rachel stated that is on the website. No it's not. It still takes 3-4 wks for you to get the envelopes as they must do your advertising. I asked why my advertising? Rachel stated all of my infomation is advertised so people can contact me not the company. Not sure how much they paper book on work at home companies cost, but they are truly ripping people off and scamming those who want to stuff the envelopes.
Oh and they work with 1000s of people therefore they can't guarntee you will get work to do every week. Therefore you can't count on this a true income. I called my bank and they stopped the pending transaction of 50.00 to this company.
If people are working for them you just don't realize they ripped you off and if those people are not happy with that book. Who's info do they have if they want a refund? yours!!!
I called to enquire about pacific brochures and the lady said her name was Samantha and she was extremely lethargic and rude. A good thing I looked on Internet at over 1000 complaints in this sophisticated scam. Therefore I am one of the lucky ones who recognized a bunch of thieves! They will eventually be shut down! So I advised anyone who even thinks about joining these scammers to do your research before sending your hard earn money to this con artist!
Pacific Brochures is the biggest ripoff ,and scam going on the internet. I paid $ 45.00 for what was supposed to be a mailing from home job. Instead I received this worthless little booklet of jobs at home info, that anyone can find themselves on the internet....Big ripoff...they should be put out of business........
My husband and I sent Pacific Brochures $45 for mailers/work at Home. After waiting almost two months we contacted their customer service to report that we hadn't recieved them. The customer service rep. had no idea what the problem was an inferred that the mailers weren't even sent from where they were and to be patient. My husband requested our money back and was told upon the return of a booklet they sent, with other "work at home companies", we would recieve our money. I received a confirmation email,stating they recieved the booklet and would be refunding our money, minus the $10 shipping fee. I replied that we expected a full refund, since nothing was shipped. They replied that a refund can be given, less the shipping fee, and this was stated on all the pages of their website. Why should we pay a shipping fee for something that was never shipped out? I told them we would pursue this matter legally if necessary. $45 may not be much to some but we are seniors and can't afford to just let it go. They accused us of threatening them and were going to send our information to their reputation management company...I'm sure they are very busy. We have started with the Better Business Bureau. They contacted them and their response was that a reimbursement check was promptly sent. To this day we have not recieved a dime. Going on about 4 months now. Scammed, misled and strung along for months! First I received a cheesy kinda low class "home workers guide". Of course I had questions and that's when I was passed on to one of the biggest liar ever. I'll just say I never got any envelopes. These people will continue to lie to you and persuade you to believe the envelopes are coming. Diane will tell you it took forever for her to making good money. While the $45.00 I paid to"get going" isn't alot of money it is if they are successfully scanning 1000 people a day,week or a month -$45,000!!!. If you too fell for this scam report this to as many people you can especially the Better Business Beurau. I'd love to know how karma caught up with these GREEDY,scum of the earth artists.
The idea you can sit on your behind and make money stuffing envelopes is crazy. Wouldn't we all be doing it, if it were possible? People, please do a search on envelope stuffing scam. Report these goons. I personally will be contacting the IRS and the Postmaster General. Just for starters.
Please people do your homework FIRST don't fall prey to this fraud. They treated me like gold BEFORE I gave them my credit card info. 2 hours after the transaction and my finding all of these negative posts, I called to discuss my concern about all these reports and they hung up on me 3 times. I am now in process of disputing the $50.00 charge with my bank.
Please take my advice and DO NOT ORDER from Pacific Brochures. Their website looks professional, but their staff do not know the meaning of professionalism.

Greetings, If anyone has received a letter from PACIFIC BROCHURES PLEASE READ THIS. I received a letter on October 6, 2014 from Pacific Brochures. The letter described how with their system working from home stuffinig envelopes I would be paid a $1.00 per envelope. To purchase the "system" I would need to send a total of $45.00 dollars with the brochure I received, back to Pacific Brochures.
Well my first thought was someone had to of "stuffed my letter into an envelope" mailed it and been paid for it right? My second thought was where did they find my address because I am on a "National Do Not Mail List." You can do this by going to www.directmail.com and register your home address. By doing this you are not supposed to receive any JUNK MAIL. Like I said how did they get my address?
I started doing some research on Pacific Prochures by entering their name into the top three search engines, Google, Yahoo, and Bing. The results were the same 50/50 some support the company and some report them as a SCAM.

I placed my order with Pacific Brochures on April17 2014. Diane Stanley was very nice and told me my envelopes would arrive the following week. Well two weeks went by and I called them and they promised I would get them soon. Needless to say, after many phone calls (mostly left messages to call back but they did'nt ) I never received anything. I tried to call the number today and the operator said the line has been disconnected. I had emailed them in October and asked for a refund but got no answer. I just want my money back!

I can't tell how long I have been researching "how-to-make-money-online". It always seemed like a scam or a dream. From time to time, I would find a small morsel of hope, maybe make a dollar or two, but nothing substantial. Then, as fate would have it, I came across Pacific Brochures. They not only promise to help you earn money, they show you how. And it works.

I signed up for this program and was charged for it back in Oct 2015. It's now Mar 2015, and I've received NOTHING. The contact phone number for this company is fake and the website is always down... I'm a single mom with no extra money to spare, and these people feed off of desperate single mothers and other people like me. I can't emphasize enough how sickened I am by this scam. If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!

I ordered this program or should I say what I thought was a program, which turns out to be a complete joke on June 12, 2014. I was then told that I would be getting the start up package in the mail within a few days. Ok so when I got the start up package in the mail it gave a number to call which is I guess suppose to be the line to Ms. Diane which she never answers the phone, if you leave her a message she never calls you back what so ever. So it leaves you to only be able to call 1800-707-1810, then you might be able to get her on the phone. I spoke to her a few times and each time she told me I was getting my envelopes in a few days, it is now July 15, 2014 and I haven't gotten anything but this start up package which tells you about other work from home jobs. I told to her again and she told me what it was taking this long because I am waiting for people to respond to my ad. Ok so now which ad is that?? Cause I don't remember putting one out, nor did anyone tell me that I would be waiting on anything other than my envelopes that still haven't made it. A warning fo all, Pacific Brochures has been defrauding unsuspecting consumners out of huge amounts of money
for many years and I want to know how and why they are still in operation, I found them on the internet for
work from home opportunities, they say that one can make money processing letters form home, I called them at the number in their ad and spoke to them prior to ordering, they said I would get a minimum of 300 to 500 envelopes part time weekly and up to 700 evelopes also wweekly for full time and stated that I get paid $1.00
for each and every envelope I insert the sales letter and send them out to customers that requested them, so I got my package with instructions and the circular they wanted me to make my own copies to send out, so I was
excited and made 1200 copies because I believed them and thought they werer for real and I was going to make money from home, that was in April 2014 and I never recieved any envelopes and when I call Diane she kept
assuring me that it would take another week ot two to start getting envelopes and now July 4th and ZERO envelopes she lied through her teeth , I called and left a message demanding my $50.00 refund and they never called me back and now when I call it goes stright to their voice mail, they even stopped answering the phone!!!

Thank you for your reply Henry but I have not received any envelopes or anything. That was the complaint of many people on the internet that complained. It seems as though the scam is that no one receives the products. The first mailer is sent and of coarse people are going to open it, but you guys are asking that it is sent back in reusable condition; come on. This is wrong on all levels. I never received the envelopes and it has been almost two months. Explain to me why a $35 money order can not be addressed to me and sent to my P.O Box 703551 Dallas,TX 75370 ?? That was my money; I tried to call on numerous occasions and was told that my name was on a list to be called back. No one ever called. First off.. rush shipping is FAR from what i got. try 2 weeks later when i finally got it when it said only 3-5 days. next it says to wait an additional 3 WEEKS until your envelopes and brochures start coming in. 3 weeks on the dot i called diane. she said wait 1 more week. ""dont worry they will come everyone goes threw this waiting period. if they are not there by next week give me a call"" the next week i gve her another call. ""oh im sorry. no one has forwarded your info to me until today (but i called her the week before) just wait another week and they should be there. now we are getting into over a month and im getting irritated. i call diane every day and let her know. its always the same thing. just wait another week. when i finally told her i have pretty much figured out that this is a scam and she is a bold faced liar she got irritated and very rudely told me to just mail the book back and i will get a refund. im never gonna see that 50$ again so i didnt bother. by the way the book they send you is a total crock to. none of the websites or numbers work. she proceeded to hang up on me and quit answering my calls. my mother in law who also signed up called her the SAME DAY and diane told her it was because of tax time. that leads were coming in slow because no one was looking for work and that they were out spending money and to wait another week.
so basiclly i am out 50$ with a useless book. do not sign up for thiss because it is a scam and diane is a bold faced liar!

If I were to engage with a company such as this and then have a positive experience, I would simply say that "I paid for the program, had questions, and somebody helped me. I would recommend it".... but instead, there are people posting more of a "copywriting/advertising" style of post, like "Whew!!! am I glad to finally find a reputable company! Everybody I spoke to was respectful and I would recommend it for anybody! Imagine having all the money and peace at your fingertips! Don't stop... don't breathe another breath until you make the same empowering steps that I did to change your life! It was almost too easy that I felt guilty...but I didn't have time because I was too busy counting the money!!"

I have sent a rush order payment to this company, $50 was removed from my credit card immediately for their packet to work at home for the . This was backin May. I hve call repeatedly and ony received Dianes voice mail recording....no one has yet to call me background and I haven't received one envelope! I think that the positive posts on their website is them posting themselves. This very unfair to the consumer who just wanted to do an honest days work for honest pay. To have determined that this is not a company I would like to work for. If it's this hard to get the work to do, than how hard will it be to get paid??? Pacific Brochures has been a wonderful experience thus far. I enjoy the freedom of making my own hours to accommodate my lifestyle. I have been working from home through Pacific Brochures for almost 6 months now. I am a very independent person and I am impressed at how well it is working out. I have my home office where I go when it is time to work.
If you believe that you are a self-motivated person who can work with little supervision and are confident enough to learn and make decisions on your own then I would definitely recommend Pacific Brochures... It's fantastic!

This Company is a scam, liars website tells you one thing and the person on the phone tells another story. Thought I did my homework on this company and found income since I have been laidoff almost a year.
They charge you 35.00 to make you sure you are serious about working for them. They charge a 15.00 Rush fee or 10.00 regular mailing fee. I chose the 15.00 so could get started as a full time envelope stuffer of 700-1000 per week. They were to be here in 4 days.
Not so what will be Rushed to you is the information package. I also found you have to copy the letter that goes in the envelope at your expense. Rachel stated that is on the website. No it's not. It still takes 3-4 wks for you to get the envelopes as they must do your advertising. I asked why my advertising? Rachel stated all of my infomation is advertised so people can contact me not the company. Not sure how much they paper book on work at home companies cost, but they are truly ripping people off and scamming those who want to stuff the envelopes.
Oh and they work with 1000s of people therefore they can't guarntee you will get work to do every week. Therefore you can't count on this a true income. I called my bank and they stopped the pending transaction of 50.00 to this company.
If people are working for them you just don't realize they ripped you off and if those people are not happy with that book. Who's info do they have if they want a refund? yours!!!

I called to enquire about pacific brochures and the lady said her name was Samantha and she was extremely lethargic and rude. A good thing I looked on Internet at over 1000 complaints in this sophisticated scam. Therefore I am one of the lucky ones who recognized a bunch of thieves! They will eventually be shut down! So I advised anyone who even thinks about joining these scammers to do your research before sending your hard earn money to this con artist!
Pacific Brochures is the biggest ripoff ,and scam going on the internet. I paid $ 45.00 for what was supposed to be a mailing from home job. Instead I received this worthless little booklet of jobs at home info, that anyone can find themselves on the internet....Big ripoff...they should be put out of business........
My husband and I sent Pacific Brochures $45 for mailers/work at Home. After waiting almost two months we contacted their customer service to report that we hadn't recieved them. The customer service rep. had no idea what the problem was an inferred that the mailers weren't even sent from where they were and to be patient. My husband requested our money back and was told upon the return of a booklet they sent, with other "work at home companies", we would recieve our money. I received a confirmation email,stating they recieved the booklet and would be refunding our money, minus the $10 shipping fee. I replied that we expected a full refund, since nothing was shipped. They replied that a refund can be given, less the shipping fee, and this was stated on all the pages of their website. Why should we pay a shipping fee for something that was never shipped out? I told them we would pursue this matter legally if necessary. $45 may not be much to some but we are seniors and can't afford to just let it go. They accused us of threatening them and were going to send our information to their reputation management company...I'm sure they are very busy. We have started with the Better Business Bureau. They contacted them and their response was that a reimbursement check was promptly sent. To this day we have not recieved a dime. Going on about 4 months now. Greetings, If anyone has received a letter from PACIFIC BROCHURES PLEASE READ THIS. I received a letter on October 6, 2014 from Pacific Brochures. The letter described how with their system working from home stuffinig envelopes I would be paid a $1.00 per envelope. To purchase the "system" I would need to send a total of $45.00 dollars with the brochure I received, back to Pacific Brochures.
Well my first thought was someone had to of "stuffed my letter into an envelope" mailed it and been paid for it right? My second thought was where did they find my address because I am on a "National Do Not Mail List." You can do this by going to www.directmail.com and register your home address. By doing this you are not supposed to receive any JUNK MAIL. Like I said how did they get my address?
I started doing some research on Pacific Prochures by entering their name into the top three search engines, Google, Yahoo, and Bing. The results were the same 50/50 some support the company and some report them as a SCAM.
As with this site Rip Off Report, most of the complaints state not receiving envelopes and materials to start the Home Business with. If you go to their website, and I recommend you do this at www.pacificbrochures.com Scroll to the bottom of the page and find "Terms & Conditions" and click on it. There you can read their Trems and Conditions. You sould also read their "Privacy Policy."
Just by reading Pacific Brochures Terms and Conditions, combined with the information found by the search engines on their SCAM and RIPOFF REPORTS, I WOULD NOT SEND THEM ANYTING BACK. This is my own opion and you should do some research yourself before you engage in any and all business with Pacific Brochures.

I placed my order with Pacific Brochures on April17 2014. Diane Stanley was very nice and told me my envelopes would arrive the following week. Well two weeks went by and I called them and they promised I would get them soon. Needless to say, after many phone calls (mostly left messages to call back but they did'nt ) I never received anything. I tried to call the number today and the operator said the line has been disconnected. I had emailed them in October and asked for a refund but got no answer. I just want my money back!
I found this site on google as result of a seach for work at home, I contact the company and in the begining they were very nice and wanted me to buy the program wich is only a certaing amount for security deposit and the rest of it is for the shipping.

There is really not that much more to say than what has already been written in the many reports filed before mine. This was just something else to depress one. Baware of pacific brochures they are scams. They ran an ad in the Penny Saver paper. They said they are a legitimate company that has been around since 1996. Promosing to send you pre paid envelopes that you stuff material about homeworkers guide and you will be paid $1.00 for each envelope you mail out. Very easy, mail them 50 $$ and they send you a letter saying its on the way and it isn't. They never answer phone only put you tou a voice mail who never calls back. On hold the hold at ALL Hours at 15 minutes will transfer to diane stanly who is probly a name this company invented. Even if I would try to get money refunded they don't answer phone. So I've Been screwed like it or not.

I have sent my 50 dollars in to receive nothing. Dianne promise it will be here last week but haven't came yet. The guy who answer the phone act like he knows nothing... if they could just refund my 50 I would be fine... pacific brochures are some rip off

Pacific Brochures just opened a window of opportunity for me, I've been out of work for the past 3 weeks now, and it is really hard to find time to work outside when your availability is based on your kids school days. I can't afford to pay child care so I thought, why not make money staying at home? I'm really glad that they have found me. I can do both jobs now! Being a mom, wife and earning at the same time! More power!

Waiting for my envelopes to stuff the Brochures inside the envelopes I talk to Daine she told that other people to send me envelopes to stuff envelopes with the blue brochures and that's how people get paid on the ,1-3 of the month

This scam has been around since the Great Depression! Why are people in 2015 still falling for this crap?! You CANNOT make money stuffing envelopes! That doesn't even make any sense! Why Why Why would any company pay people tons of money to stuff envelopes, when they could hire a few temps at minimum wage to do it, OR they could purchase a cheap envelope stuffing machine that works 1,000X faster! Think about it! All the positive comments here are posted by same the people behind this scheme! Have you noticed a pattern here? They pretend to me stay at home at moms who are so happy to be making money. Liars! They do this because that is their target audience! Stay at home moms, desperate to make some sort of income! In other words, they have no problem taking money from women struggling to feed their babies! If you send in your hard-earned money, you are keeping the scheme running and food from your child's mouth, and handing it freely to do free-loaders. PLEASE DON'T DO IT! REPORT THEM! REPORT to the IRS, FBI, file a police report. Report them to your BBB and to theirs. Report them to your Attorney General's Office and the one in their state. Report them to the FTC. Report them whatever publications they are advertising in. Report them at every website you can think of! Warn all your friends, family and co-workers. Warn your neighbors. REPORT THEM REPORT THEM REPORT THEM! If people would STOP sending them money, they would be forced to actually get a real job!
I have waited two months and received nothing. Three weeks ago I emailed Pacific Brochure because I couldn't reach anyone by phone, the sarcastic man that responded to my email told me to wait a bit longer. The website has now disappeared and is rejecting my emails and I,m out $50.00
