I was parked legally on Saturday 15 May 2015, up until 1200 midnight when pacific towing took pics of my car at 12:41am and then towed my vehicle before the 1 hour accordance with the law. I have a BMW 328d which is low to the ground and when he hooked up his rig and towed my vehicle he damaged my rear bumper with a scratch and then really damaged my front bumper under from hitting dips and when I picked my vehicle up and paid my fees because I was parked illegally after the signs at the entrances to the business center state. I proceeded to check my vehicle for damage when I seen the scratch on the rear bumper which made me look even closer to the front bumper when I seen mass scratches on the underneath. I told the driver he damaged my car and he denied it of course. Then he called his manager and told her I'm claiming he damaged it and he was instructed to take photos. Which he proceeded to do. Then he told me to call back on Monday and talk to the manager when I did the lady on the phone stated she seen the pictures of the damage which she stated was already there from looking at the photos he took with me standing there. Then she told me to get with the tow man to see the photos he took because she won't deal with me as he was the one to take the photos. On my paperwork where you would fill out and mark damage to a vehicle he noted no damage and also put a 1 line through multiple items he should have used like dollies when he hooked up and towed my vehicle. Now they are giving me the run around making me talk to the manager and the manager is making me talk to the tow man to resolve this issue . Can any one please help get these crooks and thieves to close their doors and file a class action lawsuit against this company as they are towing illegally and without proper equipment for certain vehicles.
