My wife ordered a PANDORA charm for our daughter as a Christmas gift. The order was placed in mid to late November and we paid $10.00 for shipping (of a tiny little charm-ripoff!) to make sure we had it here my Christmas. We ordered picked out the design we thought she would like and paid for it all up front just under $50.00. The charm never came, the order never showed updated and shipped on their site....nothing. We sent email after email asking for a tracking number or an update-nothing. We called and left messages......nothing. Finally 1 day before we celebrate Christmas, a box shows up......from Pandora......its not only the wrong charm, but it is defective! Nothing close to what we ordered. Still, no answer, no response and no refund from this joke of a company. Don't waste your time or money folks, this place is a joke!
