I have been working with this private lender from Charleston West Virginia named Daniel L Parsons with company name Parsons Property, he promised to get my loan funded and asked me to pay $650 which will be needed to secure a loan agreement contract of which I paid so he could get my loan funded, I sent the money though a wire transfer and immediately I sent the wire he asked me to pay another fee of $1770 which will be used to secure the closing contract and insurance for the loan I applied for, I did this out of anxiety and paid the fee just to get my loan funded. He promised to fund my after the fee is delivered.
I regret to say that after I paid a total of $2420 just to get my loan funded by this Man, he failed to respond to my emails, he didn't answered my calls, he went dark and he never got back to me again. It was stated in the contract that my fees would be refunded back to me if for any reason the loan is not funded but it was all lies and fake contract. The most painful thing is that I borrowed the money which I sent to him via wire transfer just to make sure that I get my loan funded bit it seems I have just been scammed by Daniel L Parsons by name, Parsons Properties by company and his accomplice and associates. I just want to let the public know about so if you come across these names stated you should run far away from them because he is just a big time fraudster and indulges in money laundering. Daniel L Parsons, if you are seeing this then get my fees refunded back to me immediately.
