No parts. No tracking number. no response

I placed an order with these guys and received absolutely no response of any kind. Fortunately I paid by paypal, and got all my money back

Order placed on 21st July. Delivery Expected : 29th July. Tracking Number: NOT YET RELEASED: Shipping: Not SHIPPED YET.

I placed the order on Canadian "partsmokey" on 21st July 2015 for automotive parts for my Jeep patriot 2010 model.

It has been mentioned in their mails that, the parts would be delivered to me by 29th July and I will get the tracking number in 1-2 days.

Today, we are on 25th July and 4 days after placing the order, I have not yet received the tracking number of the shipping. It means that the products have not been shipped till now.

The part of the email has been reproduced here:

When I contacted them regarding the tracking number, they send me another mail asking approximately additional 100 $ for expediting shipping. The part of the email is reproduced below"

The extra cost is $93.43. Unfortunately as these parts were not in stock and we special ordered them in for you so we cannot guarantee delivery times (delivery times are not guaranteed on any order).

If you would like to expedite the order please place the order again and use the following quote number:

This is absolutely ridiculous, after wasting my precious time for more than 4 days, they are asking additional amount for shipping. This is unfair trade practice and cheating. Someone should file a class action law suit against these type of fraud organization and also, should take them to consumer court, for harassing consumers.

I request every consumer to boycot this fraud company and should not carry out any business with them. I have already burnt my hands. I don't know, if I would get my products also or not. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Consummers.. Please be aware of this company... There is no reply from this company on my mails...
