I started boarding my horses for $50 a horse, for 3 horses around Sept 20,2009.As I dropped off a round bale a week an 2 50# bags of grain a week I assumed my horses were getting fed with what i had left each week.As months went by I started to notice a change in weight. My stallion an older mare were losing weight. While the daughter to my stallion an mare was not (she was in with their horses so sire wouldnt breed her). As Nov 2009 started approaching an into Jan 2010 i was asking questions.I was then thrown a written up paper, supposably by her attorney, stating i was to give up my filly who was in with their horses or owe then $150 a horse plus feed. To my shock I agreed ,not wanting any troubles or conflict, then sold my $6500 stallion for $350 as he was skinny by then an trailered my older mare out of there to a friends in Millington,Mi. As she was also underweight by then.

A year later The filly had a overo colt by her sire, they bred her while under their care without my permission or aknowledgement......They stole a breeding to his own daughter......My stallion went to a show home an my older marre has since gained all her weight back an is very happy an still under my ownership .As for the filly she has gone up an down in weight the past 4 yrs an is skinny as of her 2014 pics. Yet the daughter of the woman who did this to my horses persist to state she rescued her from me.a Owner of this mare since she was a foal an always fat......
