HORRIBLE COMPANY! I used Paul Signs company for almost a year for lots of signs and Paul was always a real jerk. He always in a bad mood and he loses or forgets orders all the time. And the installation is done by a 3rd party company, who are completely inept. Paul took 5500 for my sign and now I am takinghim to small claims court in NYC. ace. If I could give them 0 stars I would!
I see someone already filed a report against him. See below
Gave them two hours to fulfill a simple order. 2 sided black and white real estate sign.. The quality of the sign was very poor., price was very high. I did not like my sign at all.
FYI. This company has bad reviews everywhere. I wish I had searched the web for this company. Lots of people says he is very expensive and his sign quality is very poor. I have the right to share my experience with them. My advise to buyer is to go find someone to make your signs.

I went to Paul signs to order a sign. I like the office, I like the building and location. When it comes to sign then Paul signs is not the right company. Paul signs has a very bad reputation since last few years. Please don't waste time going to them. They sucks. They are expensive and their signs are not good. I read some reviews online and found out they even had loss suits.

What an awesome company. I had somewhat of an idea of what I wanted to do and they took my idea and made my sign! I am a first time business owner and they completely walked me through it all! Professionals with a family feel! thanks guys! I receive compliments Everyday! I don't take ALL the credit I always recommend my friends at Pauls Signs! Super Company Great Staff!

This place is a nightmare! The owner, Paul, is a tremendously unprofessional bully. The business practices of this illegitimate establishment are horrifying. I made the mistake of choosing this company for a sign which cost over $10,000. The entire experience was a nightmare.... From the terribly disorganized expedited who hand els their DOB permits on down. I honestly don't know how they stay in business. DO NOT GIVE THESE CROOKS YOUR BUSINESS!!!

I agree with the previous post. I tried to get an estimate from them for two weeks. I called and emailed, often not getting any responses. They put little to no effort to problem-solve the project with me. They blamed me for not suppyling "all" the details (I made it clear that I've shared everything my boss has shared with me, and remaining details had yet to be determined b/c they'll know the best way to fabricate my sign). They referred me elsewhere. That's fine, except that they should have done that two weeks ago.

This business should be out of business. No question! Not only were they two days late coming to do the repair on a sign that they had originally installed... when they finished hanging the sign it had more damage then the storm (tornado) that tore it off the building. And they didn't even attempt to make it look remotely decent. They basically tacked it up with ugly exposed hardware and bent the sign so they could attach it to the ugly exposed hardware! I am stuck having to get a brand new sign made for my small business because they really just don't care about their customers.These people really don't care about anything more then turning a quick dollar and it shows in their customer service and their poor workmanship. I will NEVER trust them again with my business and I strongly suggest you don't either. I deeply regret giving Paul Signs my business because they did nothing more then create more work for me!!! And a other review boards will support me on this. Wish I had read them first.
