I am so thankful for the Ripoff Report for providing a place to file grievances against him. I find it unfair that landlords can legally and easily run reference checks on tenants but not the other way around.
One example among dozens: one cold, damp week in Rochester's late spring (day temps in the damp 40s, night temps even lower), our heat was out for 4 days. All tenants complained to him. He told one tenant, a close friend of mine as well, to ""Suck it up.""
Unless you want to be bullied, hung up on, belittled, lied to, blamed, manipulated, threatened and more or less extorted, I would never rent from Paul Sullivan.
