Had a young lady by the name of Maggie Bieniek helping me. She was very helpful and very nice. Since this was my first time inquiring about a payday load I had alot of questions and she took the time and was very helpful rather than rushing me or pushing me aside as others were waiting.
I applied for a payday loan, A man by the name of Chirs John called me back from 917-426-3747, he stated that i was approved for up to 3000.00, I didnt need that much but I continued the process for 1500.00, He was very nice and polite and said all the right stuff to calm my fears that this was a scam, but said that i needed to send the first payment of 142.00 by Western Union money tranfer to a payee of John Ducker city code Clementon NJ, another name that he gave was Benjaman Stanley, I really was very worried that this was a scam, but we needed that money and had no where else to go, I called back and gave the transfer info and was told to wait that the money would be there in 1 hour, waited, no money after several time of being stalded, he finally said that they needed an additional 100.00, due to my low credit score. Thats when I knew I was being scammed, we asked to have something in writting to show the terms, and they refused, then i said that i just wanted to for get the whole thing and to just send my money back, he said that there would be a charge to cancel and that there probubly would be any money left. I really wish I would have listened to my gut on this one, Like they say "if it sounds to good to be true, walk away, I hope this helps some out there to not fall victom to these theives. Don't trust them, they said all the right things to make me feel secure, they are crooks, they are NOT a loan company, they will take your money, not give.
I started recieving calls about a week ago. I was originally ignoring them because they showed up as a private number on my caller id. I finally decided to answer it to find out who was calling. When i realized it was a payday loan company I told them to stop calling. I was constantly getting hung up on. Today when they called and I said to stop calling the guy on the line said no we need to know how much you need. I said I want to talk a supervisor and immediatley one was on the phone. He was listening in on the car. I told him I dont want anymore phone calls and he then said no they will continue to call. I said if they are going to continue to call I will get an attorney because this is harrassment. He got mad and said ok, ok and hung up. Not 10 minutes later I got another call from a man named David. I said what do I have to do to stop these calls and I was hung up on. I get about 3 or more calls a day from these people.
I am here to tell you how upset i am.i needed a payday loan so got on internet and was relocated to PaydayAmerica.filled out loan application and got approved for 1,000.00 loan.john the loan manager so he says told me i needed a 150.00 deposit so they can transfer money into my account,gave them account information.He had called back and said there was an error with bank,he took my account information again and told me that i gave him the wrong bank account number and said they would need an additional 100.00 o pay bank fees for wrong information,so i gave them another 100.00 to get loan.then 2 days later he called me and said an additional 150.00 would be needed for loan to take place,i argued with him on the phone and it did me good,he hung up on me.i called my bank and asked if there was any errors on there side.My bank assured me no errors.I called him back and he wanted me to pay another 212.00 to send it western union,i told him this is it,this is a fraud so i would like you all to know that if i had my way all of these places will get shut down.And i am getting a lawyer to give them the information.
