I recently read a rip-off complaint against the "law firm" or Paykin, Richland & Fulkowski, but, unfortunately, it was way too late. Something is wrong with these guys. They lull you in by pretending to be attorneys, they take your money, talk about how brilliant (they are the BEST real estate attorneys, the MOST honest, the Nation's leading title experts, etc.) and aggressive they are, but every legal argument that made to me when they explained how they are going to "definitely" win and how they "got" the other side was, in the end -- without fail -- completely wrong.

Also, they didn't even do most of the work they claimed they will do.

Finally, my adversary told me at mediation that the only reason things got out of hand was because of the way Daniel Richland spoke to his lawyer. He was so unreasonable, and his arguments were so dishonest, and he made things so personal against him (calling him a liar, fraudster, etc.) that they called his bluff, and, unfortunately for me, they won. By the way, I didn't believe that my adversary was a fraudster, but Richland insisted this is the only way I can win.

I contacted another attorney who reviewed their work. He explained that malpractice lawsuits are expensive and that I have to prove I would have won if not for the fact that they made, what he described as profound errors in professional judgment. What he found most disconcerting of all, and this is the things that bothers me most, is their complete lack of self-awareness. I spoke to someone else who also found this firm unusually dishonest, even for young attorneys who are starving for work.

These people are not honest. They are certainly not transparent. And they have no problem taking your money, botching things up, and then blaming it on you. I did find an article that described how even a judge mocked their disonesty on the record, but that is why I am writing this article: somewhere out there, another client was taken in by these clowns, and lost a lot of money, only to have charlatans botch up their chances of recovery.

Terrible

These morons sued a bunch of people--even when I asked them not to--for millions, and couldn't get a 40k out of it in settlement! They completely padded their bills, as well, charging over 14k for preparing a complaint and filing an affidavit of service (and trying to settle without success for a few weeks).

Lawyers have threatened disciplinary action, judges mockingly refer to their lies as being "overly creative," and these bozos are still padding their bills, ripping off clients and accusing everyone and their mother for fraud so that their clients dont have to pay their mortgages, attorneys fees, or can blame attorneys and other innocent parties who have never heard of them or represented them for frauds committed by others. These people are reckless and irresponsible.

How do we get these guys to stop?

Is there any way to put an end to their games? I'm out of pocket also because of their games.

I lost money I held in a deposit

Thanks to the way Daniel Richland lied to me! I get that there is talk about disciplinary hearings against him, fraud and libel allegations and the like, but how in the world can anyone behave this way and get away with it? Where is the justice?
