My mother is a 65 yr old business owner and victim to Payment Systems/LFG and their gimmicks to save her money and help her better her business. Nicole Sterrett from LFG/Payment Systems visited several days in a row. My mother, step father and myself listened to her sales pitch for three days and decided we did not need her services.

Nicole Sterrett came to my mother's business in the evening and befriended my parents like she was out for their best interest, she promised to take care of them and make sure they were happy with their service otherwise they could cancel at any time. I opposed entirely and was leary of Payment Sytems promises and refused to give my approval.

One day while I was away and my step father was not in the building Nicole came in pressured and coerced my mother into signing her contract promising that she could cancel at any time, of course while she was alone. Nicole called her supervisor, Paul Winters, on a three-way call and he also promised that we could cancel this contract at any time with no penalty, not even so much as a cancelation fee! All of which was a LIE! My mother was alone with Nicole and signed under the assumption that if she was unsatisfied she could cancel at any time.

The machine arrived and we hooked it up. I tried for several days to set the machine for a tip line on a debit transaction. I spent days on the phone with customer service. The CSR stated that there was no way to put a tip line on a debit transaction because a debit is considered to be a "real time transaction". Being a "tavern" our employees depend on tips to make a living.

The machine could not do what Nicole had promised. We lost a week of credit card business which amounted in an estimated 1200.00 loss to our business. We wanted to cancel immediately. We never once used the machine and needed to set up our old system at once to keep from losing any more revenue.

We called Nicole Sterrett, Paul Winters and Paul's supervisor. They said we could not cancel and in fact we signed a non-cancellable agreement. No one would assist, we've spent several months calling and trying to cancel the contract. Nicole Sterrett apologized and said she was sorry that she misled us into signing the contract. She would do what she could and she supposedly refused to take any of the commision made off of the "sale" she made to my mother. Neither Nicole Sterrett nor Paul Winters work for Payment Systems any longer.

We are now being sued for close to 7000.00 for the credit card machine we never used and 2000.00 to Payment Systems for non payment. We never used the credit card machine or the services of Payment Systems.

I, like many other companies was hoodwinked by these 2 companies. It started with payment systems soliciting merchant services to me at a lower rate. My story is the same or very similar to the others. Basically, they found a way to "legally" take our money. You risk ruing your credit if you break the contract early, so those of us with good credit stick it out and take the unscrupulous blows until our time is up 4/5 years later. I am so scorned by their practices that I don't care about saving money anymore when it comes to new companies offering a lower rate. If you are working with a reputable honest company, Stay with them! My story goes further pass the 4 year agreement.

The credit card terminal was supposed to be mine at the end of the lease. I thought I was smart by having the agent (Payement Sytems) write and sign that the machine is mine at the end of the lease on the contract. Well, About 2 years processing with them, the machine had issues so I called Payment Systems and they told me to send it in and they sent me a replacement which was great (1 good thing eventhough I was paying the monthly plus insurance fees on the unit). When I contacted Global Leasing to ensure the end of the contract and no more debitting my account, I find out that they are requesting that I send the machine to them and I must pay for the current lease month. I told them that the machine was mine and I have it in writing. they said No, that isnt on their contract and that's between Payment Systems and me. I said, Fine give me the address to send the machine. I did and made sure it was received before the cut off lease date. It cost me $21.38 which I didnt like but it would be worth it to just end the relationship.

The following month (2 months after end contract date) I see another payment taken from my bus. account. I called Global Leasing to find out that my account was still active because the credit card machine I sent to them was an upgraded Nurit 8020 and not the original down graded Nurit 8000. WHAT! you have got to be kidding me! the lady rep said No, you need to provide to us the exact machine that is on the contract. I told her that it broke and got replaced by Payment Systems 2 years ago, and she said you should have contact us, not Payment Systems (I thought I never contacted you in the 1st place). I asked what do I do if I cant locate that particular machine and she said you have to pay the replacement value at seven hundred something??I asked, so, you currently have an upgraded working machine, but you need the non working older model in order to close my accont? And she said, Yes!. So, I found out that it wasnt just Payment Systems that were crooks but also this Global Leasing Comapany. It is a total scam because I didn't even need to lease the equiptment, I could have purchsed a unit on amazon for about $600 instead of a 4 year lease paying out $5058.24 (plus 2 extra months for wrong equiptment return) but it was mandatory to set it up this way to get the low rate in the beginning. Now, after this whole ordeal, I don't trust any companys and what they propose. What I can do about this is to help someone else out by giving this information and hopefully they see it first and not deal with either of these companys. I also have gained knowledge from this and that is to not be lazy and check out the company on the internet before dealing or signing a contract with them.

Payment Systems is a fruad and scam company. Their ultimate objective is to destroy small businesses by cheating them not once but every month. I will not repeat what every one have mentioned but lets take action againt this fruad by calling the IRS, BOE, Attorney General Office, FBI, local congressman and senators and even to the President office. President Obama today signed a new law for credit/debit card fruad, but he need to fix this mass fruad that effecting many small businesses.

I am the owner of small retail shops in San jose, CA operate my self. I was approached by a salesperson from Payment Systems Corp offering reduced rates over what I am currently and he told me i will save $40 to $50 a month because me most tranction from Pin Base. and give me. and he give call his boss her name strat with P and both are Philipinno they talk something on there language i ask him wht you say in your languge so he give me funny answer and say congratulation you are qulify for 0% and 0.09 cnets par tranction and we lock you for 5 yers. i was paying .15 cents+ % so i think ig good deal and will save some money. and he fill up paper work and he give it to me sign and i was busy and i did not read and sign that and he send phot copy via hes phone and i was bzy and he took Orignal Lease agrment with him and when i relase i call him and he say he need so they will send you when idid not got paper but i got Credit card machin and type there name online and find out they are big Fraud so i call that sales and his boos P and she say no we are good and poeple who not want they put Negitive Review. She say try 1 month and if you not satisfy i will cancel with no Charge and i trust her i did not know just she want to start theat machine and ones is some days pass then i can not do nathing. i relaizse that later there phone number also they use Google Talk so after some days Phone number also not working. i call many time Customer serivice and onr man he told me if you want to cancel you have to pay for 5 yers so he around $10,000 somthing and say g to wbe and fill up paper. i email VP and many People no any replay. Now I pay Extra Around $200 more evey month. and im still trying to contect them no any helpfull answer.

Also my service start on 1st day on month and they charge me before that month which i did not have that service.

Hope some one can Shu it down them. I can Fill law suit in California but wating to get more evedance. Stay Awy from this BASSSSS .

I was promised all these things by Payment Sysytmes and Global Leasing Company and now I am stuck in the worst contract ever! They have added new fees (such as an inactivity fee of $99 a month) which is causing our payment to them to go up monthly! The credt card machine (that was not the one we originally ordered) is broken and costs a ridiculous amount a month. We cannot get it replaced so we have to rig it to charge customers. I have called them and have never had calls returned in the past. I will never do businees with either company again!!!!! They are horrible to deal with and I will NEVER trust ANY company again!!!!!
