Do not trust any person that represents Electronic Payments located in Los Angeles, Chicago, Miami, or NY. They are con artists that have been ripping off hard working people out of millions of dollars and they employ an army of nothing better to do radical lawyers in NY to legally harrass and blackmail you.
I was approached by a young man who went by the name Nelson Rivera. He was on crutches and lied and said he was a wounded US Veteran. It was around the end of the year in December and I was in the market for a new Merchant processor since they would not lower my rates and due to high charge they would not delete from my account. So I figured I will help this young wounded Veteran by giving him the business so he would get the commission on Christmas! Little did I know that it was all a scam. He hand wrote the potential rate I would get and calculated the savings of hundreds of dollars! So I get to save some money and I help out a guy who risked his life for our country, right? NO! So he then says that part of the deal to get these low rates is that we have to lease the credit card machine from them since that is the only way they get to make their money. But I told him I had my own machine and he said I have to get the machine from them at a rate of $300 a month which I negotiated to $126/month.... I should have known better... He claimed his boss was in Chicago and that $199 is the lowest rate they gave anybody. I was suckered. I took the bait. So I struck two contracts one with Electronic Payemts and the other with Lease Finance Group (aka global leasing company 866-951-4961)
I got ripped off.
The first statement I received from Electronic payments had only 1 transaction that qualified for the 1% low rate. Everything else was higher. So I knew I am screwed and at that moment I went to my bank and closed my checking account so that both those con artist scam companies of Electronic Payments and Lease Finance Group could not withdrawl mo9ney from my checking accounts. So all they got from my account was the first 2 months only.
Then the phone calls started on a daily basis since March 2012 till today April 2014. It took my over 10 years to get strong good credit and in March 2013 I tried to buy a car and found out I do not qualify for the low special the dealership had because I have a collection on my credit report. It was embarrassing and made me very very frustrated. All the hard work I did to gain good credit, destroyed by these low life no moral vampire blood sucking money hungry demons. I do not know if there is a class action law suit against these people but there should be one. I doubt there will be one because it seems they are good chess players and are 2 steps ahead of everybody.
All I know is if I ever get a company trying to get my to sign up for a merchant processor service I will waste as much as their time as I can and at the end I will tell them to GTFO.
