Went to Pennzoil 10min Lube, 9020 Wayne Rd., Livonia, MI, for oil change, and Technician intentionally stripped my oil plug and then tried to sell me one for $12.00! The shady Tech tried to claim that my oil plug was stripped when I came in, but I had replaced the oil plug 90 days prior to coming to Pennzoil. Avoid this Pennzoil 10min Lube at all cost!!
