We initially setup our ira account with lxxxxxx trust. They had excellent customer service, excellent response time, and excellent communication. We could actually speak to the account manager handling our investment transactions. Then lxxxxxx trust merged with pensco and customer service, communication, and response time became dismally non-existent. charging fees and collecting fees are their very top priority.
If you've worked as hard for your money for the past 40 or 50 years as we have do yourself favor and do not invest with pensco.
