This company has some very good sales people, or should I say, depective sales people who act like aggressive used car salesmen. They call to offer business services Tell you they are setting up a Free/No obligation consultation and tell you they have hundreds of satisfied customers all over America.
I figure, ok, it's free and I could spare some time for a free consultation. To set up the consultationm they ask a barrage of questions like "where does it hurt" "If you could change one thing, what would it be" How are your sales? Who ever says sales are perfect or were youwa nt them to be? "How is employee turnover? Would it matter to you if we could fix that?" Etc.
Once the consultant comes in, he has a a huge smile, very charismatic and provides a great multi media presentation. They are very professional. He shows how his company, Performance Marketing has saved some companies thousands of dollars a year.
Very impressive. Then he closes and closes hard.
We are told that financing is available, but why settle for that. Pay in full and be done with it. Sounds good. He even says there is amoney back guarantee. What is better than that right? So did the guy on the phone assure me that if I wasn't happy and if I purchased their services, money was unconditionally guaranteed.
The horror story started after they left. They called some of my accounts recievable customers and were very rude. Likewise with employee training. None of their marketing ideas worked. I was losing customers, not gaining them. So I asked for a refund and was found that I had to jump through hoops and that even then, it was too late for a refund.
I should have known better. These guys operate out of Orlando, FL which seems to be the hotbed for scams. If you own a business and they call you, just say no. Save yourself a lot of money and headache.
