Jonathan Brian submitted incorrect documentation to the court and the judge denied my claim.
Jonathan knew the burden and impact this would have on my family and our future. He is doing nothing to resolve the situation he created and refuses to speak to me until January 7, 2015.
I am injured and the only reason I decided to accept the settlement made to buy out my lifetime medical was to save my home. January 7th might be too late.
If you are in process of hiring attorney:
Though all situations are different...
make sure you are able to reach the attorney in case you ever need to.
AND "dont assume just because LARRY H PARKER refers Perona, Langer, and .... or other firms that they have done the research for you. They get paid for the referral, but I dont think they will stand behind the firms they suggest." This last statement is In my opinion from personal experience.
