Frybergh signed an agents agreement to purchase vehicles for the All American Leasing Corp. After receiving $77.090.00 for a purchase of a vehicle Frybergh refused to complete the contract by attempting to hold $70,707.00 back unless the company signed a general release allowing him to retain $4227.37. The company refused the extortion and the Broward County court agreed with the company and awarded them the $4227.37 plus $356.00 in court costs after reviewing all the evidence in addition to learning that Frybergh was on probation for a similar incident.
