I ordered a trial offer for rvtl and equinox it was a 14day free trial but I didn't read the terms. However they waited til after 2 weeks charged my account $93 I just happened to be going over my account and saw the charge called them up cancelled the account asked for a refund and was told no refunds how ever in the terms and agreement it states refunds if less than 30 days and mine was but they wouldn't give me a refund I even tried going through my bank they told me send the material back which was never tried and make sure I get someone to sign for it. Well I got the product returned to them within 30 days think that I should get a credit of $93 because I never used it. I took a picture of everything I sent back to them. I can even have my account printed on the charges and can even show when I paid for postage for the free trial. all of it took place in less than 30 days. How can a company get away with not providing refund when it clearly states that they offer a 30day 100% refund. The card I used was a visa debit card. I don't have a way to send the pic off of my phone.
