I bought a pckage for $89.99 on dec 16, and i didn't received any confirmation yet. They advertise online that they will deliver before christmas. On my Amazon acct, i cannot see anything pending either. I just understood AMAZON is only a payment tool there. However i read a lot of bad reviews about this company, and i complain almost about the same.
They don't communicate at all, and we cannot track our order either. It looks like i'll have to cancel the credit card transaction before it's too late.
The customer service is terrible, even not a phone #, order # or whatever. The only thing they knew how to do is charging my Credit card.
